This website has nothing to do with xPilot the VATSIM client software. Try their support: https://docs.xpilot-project.org

It is not yet available for 12, but it is well progressed and close. We'll have a lot more details on that soon. That said, anyone who purchases it now gets a free upgrade to the v12 version. Your purchase is protected from a further fee for the upgrade.

I’m a bit confused by your post, as the timeline doesn’t quite align. At the time of your purchase, there was no talk of an upgrade for a version of the simulator that didn’t yet exist, as we developers were not aware of X-Plane 12 at that point either. You purchased it two years before we ever mentioned a free upgrade to new purchasers. It is not possible for you to have "bought this aircraft because it included an upgrade to XP12." We'll post news when we're ready. I believe we're getting to a point of sooner than later.

If you already have an account here you've already answered this question successfully. You can't post things like this without it. Why were you still asking?

Citation 525 Throttles not working after update to CJ525 1.0.2
Cameron replied to Luger's topic in CitationJet 525
Thank you for your feedback. Each version we release undergoes thorough testing by a dedicated beta team to ensure it’s ready for all customers. The version we ship is designed to be compatible with the same version of X-Plane, just like the CJ update before it, and often times reverting to an older version can create more issues than it resolves, particularly when customers inadvertently use outdated installers or configurations. Having multiple versions of the install be available will inevitably lead some people to install the older version from an older installer on their disk thinking they just installed the new one, thus increasing our work load in support. Many issues can be resolved with the solutions already provided in the forums or even within this thread. I encourage you to explore these, as they’re often quicker and more effective than reverting versions or trying to argue about old versions being available. If you still encounter challenges, please don’t hesitate to reach out for support. We’re here to help. I understand your desire to safeguard your investment, and I appreciate your input. Let’s work together to ensure you can fully enjoy the product! Do you have that log now? -

You will need to attach another log showing all the files are correctly restored before we can go further. -
Hate to have to say it, but no reports like this are useful to provide support unless log files are attached.

Can you please attach your log.txt file after using the CJ525 in sim? -
Windows Defender has broken your install by removing your X-Aviation plugin due to a false positive security measure. You'll need to unquarantine the files. To do so in Windows Defender: Open Windows Security Click on Virus & Threat Protection See the Protection History Tab Here you will find the likely quarantined file(s) that should not have been quarantined. Restore the files and you should be back up and running.
