  2. You made two accounts with two different e-mails. Activate with the e-mail account that has your purchase in it. You will also need to re-install the Challenger.
  3. No, it's not the same account at all.
  4. You activated using an account that does not have a purchase for the Challenger.
  5. The pace at which passengers arrive is random, as is the case in the real world. Sometimes it can be short, sometimes it can be long. There is a status menu you can pull up to see when their arrival will be. Have you taken a look at that?
  6. Yes, ice build up will still occur. Just call de-ice up from the Ground Services menu. Automatically picks a 1-stage deice when not in precip, or 2-stage deice + anti-ice when in precip.
  7. An update to this issue... We thought we had this pinned down as definitely an issue with Gizmo, but we have realized that is now not likely to be the case. It's a long story, but the short version is what Ben thought was a perf issue he had seen between retail and dev branch wasn't so much the case. We have a couple of operating theories on what's happening right now, but we need some data points to prove the case. For those of you that had experienced this, please PM me if I have not yet reached out to you on my own. Thanks!
  8. Just ensure Gizmo from your plugins folder moved with your aircraft (or just re-install fresh from the 737 installer).
  9. In your log: C:\Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/X-Plane 11/Resources/plugins/Gizmo64.plugin/win_x64/Gizmo64.plugin.xpl : Error Code = 126 : The specified module could not be found. You'll likely need to install this: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/2977003/the-latest-supported-visual-c-downloads
  10. I've read. It is you who created a tone for text that contains none. Anyhow, I've just gone through your Discord history and see that you linked others in Discord to an existing thread on this. In that same thread we stated we needed no further reports, so we can close this now. Thanks! In the future, the going operating instructions are to search your topic, and if it does not exist, create a topic. CTD's are the exception to the rule.
  11. Who actually said I was being snarky? I asked you a question.
  12. Did you happen to do a search in the forum before you made your thread?
  13. Did you pop the latches back in after closing the door?
  14. I would say that's not a valid reason for AMD to not accept a reason to patch. They clearly have an issue that only they can resolve, and add-ons have exposed that problem for them. An add-on to them is no different than X-Plane is in itself to them. At the end of the day, things are not running correctly on their hardware due to their own driver software issues.
  15. Hi there, I believe your mind is playing tricks with you here. The angle and reflections of the pictures are similar, but different. The CL 650 is a very small wing, with almost no wing flex. Even jostling the wing by hand in a hangar produces no flex (we tried this). We may look into flex from a physics point of view, but even if we eventually do, you may still be disappointed with how little flex there is.
  16. You could be a little more appreciative of the time @Graeme_77 has put forward to try and help you learn this product...free of charge on his behalf. There is not likely to be something like an FCOM found with a real aircraft. Bombardier owns this material and sells it for thousands of dollars, or included with a $30 million purchase. We are not authorized to re-distribute this at all. It's 7,000 pages too, by the way. Along with @Graeme_77, there is also several video series of operating the aircraft complete with explanations by @skiselkov. Most customers have taken to this to learn the product and get along quite well. I do not expect anyone to understand everything here in a day, but exploring and learning through watching the series is rewarding. This is the answer we are able to give you now. Your impatience is evident, so there's your "right now" answer. I have never once looked through any manual for any car I have bought. This is probably not a great example. Ironically for things like this I'd default to YouTube, of which there's also a ton of livestream content to soak in as well for the 650. @Graeme_77 is a volunteer of his time. Please be respectful of his willingness to assist you considering he is not officially a Hot Start developer. He's an extremely knowledgable, kind person who is trying to help you and was gracious enough to help beta test this product before it went to market. He receives no money from this product. There's enough info in this thread to lock it for the time being. Please, use the free training videos out there at your leisure and learn best you can. If you are unable to make sense of something, post here and any of us will be happy to further explain things to you short of sending you thousands of dollars worth of copyrighted Bombardier manuals.
  17. What? Not true at all. You received your first reply within the stipulated timeline. You have since reset your timeline because of your impatience after I already replied to you. How have you surmised this is "basic"? There's no favor being done here. On the contrary, I did do you a favor with discounts previously. Please stop making things up. This is such a garbage statement. You didn't bring anything up to ANYONE till this last week. Buying a product on a specific date vs lodging a support request months later are two very different things. Don't keep this up. You'll have a one-way ticket out of this forum if you do.
  18. Please attach your X-Plane log.txt file.
  19. So the best way to go about this would be to go back to removing all but the necessary plugins, then adding back each one, one by one. You'll need to start the sim each time you add a new one. Eventually you'll find the culprit.
  20. The 'Visual Effects' slider is what controls whether HDR is enabled. You'll need to slide it right till it states it is.
