  1. The scenery is pretty well complete, however, we have hit a snag with what we believe is a bug in X-Plane and needs to be fixed before we can release. We are working with Laminar to resolve the issue, but no telling how long that will be.
  2. No, That product is $100+ after you buy their plug-in and application to run it. Additionally, FTS does not run on Mac or Linux natively.
  3. X-Aviation is pleased to announce the addition of 4Fources to our list of developers. More info and screenshots of their first up and coming product can be found at the link: http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?topic=713.msg5737
  4. X-Aviation is pleased announce we have added 4Forces as a developer to our long list of products we choose to publish. 4Forces is led by Mr. Jason Clark (aka Airbus), and we're happy to have him aboard! The first product for 4Forces will be the Cessna 152, and can be seen here: http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?topic=712.0 Enjoy the previews and everything 4Forces has to offer in the coming days!
  5. The FPS hit is honestly going to be minimal. Too minimal to even really be worried about. However, given how easy it is to edit the settings of what to display from inside the aircraft, I don't think we'll be opposed to testing this.
  6. Hi, Jason, The initial Columbia 400's were more along the colors you are thinking of, which were then dubbed the Cessna 400. As Cessna moved to the Corvalis TT line the interior changed some, and part of that was the more bland coloration you see depicted. As this aircraft is modeled after the TT, the textures mimic such. Here's a shot of a real TT:

    Project 3

I don't think Peter's aircraft have 3D panels and interiors like Maxime is asking for, do they? I've heard a lot of good things about Peter's work though.
  8. A couple more shots from in sim showing various screens:
  9. No need...both of Austin's planes (livery wise) have been done.
  10. X-Aviation is pleased to announce the addition of another developer to our family, as well as the introduction of the Cessna Corvalis TT project (Commonly known as the Columbia 400). Check it out in the Work in Progress section located under JGX-Designs here: http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?board=77.0
  11. Hello, All, X-Aviation is pleased to announce we have reached a mutual agreement with JGX-Designs to be the publisher of choice for what is sure to be a series of new and exciting aircraft for X-Plane. JGX-Designs is ran by Mr. Jim Gregory, and he'll be able to answer most any of your questions as well as announce features and future products as he progresses with X-Aviation and continues to bring the latest technology and quality products to the table we strive to achieve. With that said, we're happy to also introduce to you JGX-Design's first product: The Cessna Corvalis! Some of you may remember the Columbia 400. This is the same aircraft, however re-labeled to the Cessna Corvalis name after Cessna purchased Columbia Aircraft. Jim will respond here with in depth information on the project, what it provides, and where it will go in the future. Enjoy the screenshots, and again, welcome to the X-Aviation family, Jim!
  12. Hi, there, Everyone will remain with the same plug-in.
  13. Everyone take a breather...seriously. The following post was made only 5 days ago...little has changed: http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?topic=533.msg5242#msg5242 For every time we have to come over here and answer these questions, it's in that exact moment we get off track of what we're doing and take time away from working on stuff. We promise...when there is genuine news to post, we WILL post it. Until then, let us lay low for a bit and work. It's perfectly okay to ask questions about liveries, some product features, etc., but before doing so, please do research and have a read here: http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?topic=543.0
  14. Yikes. Someone is having a good night!
  15. I've played around with it. Rather good for personal use, but for a large, widespread area it's a tedious task and not very FPS friendly.
  16. Hi, Alex, Still to be announced. I can tell you that the detail of the mesh is multiple times higher than what you get with stock X-Plane, but until I have more stuff ironed out (this is more or less a product of my own), then I won't be saying much. Soon, though!
  17. Hello, Kaphias, This is something we have evaluated and continue to look at. Gizmo does allow for time delimited use (as seen when you load the Falco), however, at this time demos will not be issued. Until more things are ironed out for purposes of security, we'll continue to evaluate this situation. Today, no, in the future...quite possibly.
  18. Modifying an aircraft is not the way to go, and when we discussed this with Laminar most recently they felt the same way. It was meant for the developer of the aircraft, not anyone else. We've laid a base ground for someone to correct this. Better to work on a fix in the FSE realm now than later...almost any future X-Aviation aircraft will work the same way.
  19. Very cool, Max! It's fun to hear others' stories and how they got involved with 3D sometimes. I've come across some very talented people, that's for sure! Keep up the good work on this one. Definitely looking forward to it.

    X-Rated Falco

I think as we introduce the power of Gizmo a bit more to you all you'll start to realize possibilities are starting to become endless and at the restraints of those programming.

    X-Rated Falco

This feature has been discussed and planned!
  22. Looking good, Larry...and welcome to the forums!
  23. Looking great, Max! Have you had any 3D experience before starting this project? Looks like you're well on your way and understand Blender well.
  24. Thanks for the responses, guys! Keep them coming!
