  1. Agree with the above sentiments. Right on, kesomir!
  2. Not much else to say. Just having some fun doing a few circuits between airports!
  3. Go into X-Plane, go to tower view and zoom in on the aircraft, watch a replay of a landing and see the same effect take place...on ANY aircraft.
  4. It works fine on every other system so far, including my own. There is only one out there since first day of distribution. Yours is the same as everyone else. You'll get a reply shortly.
  5. 3D panel only, posed as 2D. Sorry, Kaphias. 2D panels are steadily going the way of the dodo bird.
  6. Hi, Garrett, You interpreted everything correctly.
  7. There's no way to install it manually, so it's safe to assume every buyer has installed it from the installer. Kiwi, Please swing on over to X-Aviation's tech support line here: http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/contact_us.php We'll work through troubleshooting your issue. Be sure to include your order # and details!
  8. I know some get anxious to see more info about the CRJ, and this one isn't big news, but if you want to catch a glimpse of the CRJ in action in a new vid, you can see it several times here:
  9. Yes, the 747 will be an X-Plane 10 default aircraft.
  10. Steve, No, the problem was not related to yours in any form. The issue here was a third party program (FileVault) mounting a drive, and confusing the X-Plane plug-in path as X-Plane ended up being accessible via two path routes. This was fixed with a symbolic link (sh-3.2# ln -s). If you are unable to view the popup window for activation, my assumption is you have not installed the libCURL framework on BOTH of your Macs that comes with the Gizmo install given you are using the external HD.
  11. For those interested, this issue has been solved. It was related to wrong paths.
  12. The Stinson was made by Max. He also did the default Cessna 172. His only payware aircraft is the Tecnam P92, which is available here: http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/product_info.php?cPath=21&products_id=32
  13. Paul, How are you installing the scenery? It should be going into the custom scenery folder. I have not personally tried that stuff, but my assumption is that it's .env file based and may cause an issue, but I could have sworn version 9 still, in some way, could read env files.
  14. Sorry. Making code changes. Should be working now.
  15. He's not joking either, Simon. He came crying to me saying you were having problems with your download. Need to get this Javier character into a mental facility...and quick!
  16. Now that this aircraft has been released this forum section has officially closed. You may continue discussions in the new support section here: http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?board=107.0
  17. It's correctly setup to the right page when the product is released.
  18. Because it's not released yet.
  19. No, the above aircraft is not part of the default aircraft lineup.
  20. Hi, Max, I believe it was simply left out of the description, but I don't believe there should be much of any problem running it on Linux.
  21. If it looks good to you, buy it! There's no harm there! If you wish not to buy from the org, you have a choice and may purchase at the Carenado website: http://www.carenado.com/ecommerce/buscador.php3?categoria=21 Our process of quality control generally deals with flight model and the eye candy factor. There have been some preliminary issues with the flight model, but it's relatively minor. The graphics/3D Modeling are the bigger hold up, and the main reason this product will not be carried with XA. To many, this product may appear good and suit the bill. Not everyone has the same tastes or expectations, however, we try to please everyone who purchases our products. X-Aviation is primarily about quality over quantity when it comes to what we publish, as we feel customers would rather feel comfortable knowing we're relatively consistent with our product releases and the quality contained within instead of having a full catalog of a guessing game as to whether your hard earned money is well spent. I'm not here to review or criticize this product. A lot of hard work was put into it, but it just didn't suit the bill for XA. Either way, it's great to see Carenado in the market!
  22. It's called 'Honor' from Pacific.
  23. As a follow-up to this post, XA will not be carrying this product (Mooney M20J) due to quality issues. We have a bar of quality that we wish to achieve and offer to our customers, and as a result it was felt that this particular aircraft does not meet that standard. I believe their products are well represented in MSFS, but this did not fully carry over to the X-Plane model for sale. It is advised that you purchase from the available outlets (org or Carenado) for your purchase of this product should you so choose in the event you were holding out to support X-Aviation. This is not a public knock on Carenado, and I wish them great success on this product. Perhaps future products will show up with us. Thanks for everyone's consideration! Happy Flights!
