  1. Looks great, Greg! Happy to see this develop in the fashion it is. You've done some awesome work here!
  2. Hi, Keith, I've heard a bit about this over time in various places. Mike told me about how things ran in LGB, and it sounded like a good running gig. People traditionally fly VATSIM in the SFOLAX "arena" most of the time simply due to the controlled airspace, and I can see people paying into something like this if controllers are promised at all times. I'm sure it'll take off in the manner you're looking for it to, but I'm also hoping it extends a little beyond that and becomes a welcome alternative to said free networks (cost or not). I'll definitely check in from time to time to see how things progress!
  3. Hi, Keith, Welcome aboard. Sounds like a very ambitious project, and if it works out, much better than Vatsim! It'll be interesting to watch this develop! On behalf of myself and the other mods here, welcome to X-Pilot!
  4. What do you mean "many?" Javier has released ALL of his planes destined for payware and shown in this section with the exception of the CRJ. To add to that, Javier's portion of work on the CRJ is complete.
  5. Glad you like it!

Currently this is the A version. B version is set to be in the works sometime, though no price plan is set. Assuming we cram in the features we plan to for the B, and re-do the model as necessary, the B version will be its own product.

Second this. 6th largest Saab 340 operator, would be real nice to have them. This was originally in our internal makeup list. I'm sure we'll get around to it.
  8. Hi, All, As we near closer to the Saab 340 release, it's time to do the traditional in-sim shot series. We are very excited about this upcoming release, as it boasts some fun programming, great texture work, and awesome 3D! Not much to say here other than letting the shots speak for themselves. We will continually update this topic as new progression continues, so keep checking back! Please note: All images depicted here are of a work in progress product. The purpose of this thread is to show you progress as we go along. We are aware of any blatant anomalies you may see! Enjoy! P.S. For those curious, the scenery shown is the upcoming RealScenery Enhanced: Reno package.
  9. No problem with that at all. Goran and Theo will update the thread accordingly when they have new info. I can tell you the 747 is definitely not part of the 2010 release schedule.
  10. You know, I thought I would tolerate you first, but now you want to play. You're an idiot. Sorry. For those interested: justgettingstarted is the same person who started this topic. It is a complete IP match, Host match, and this email just came through by "justgettingstarted": The reporter has made the following comment: IT WONT BE THE LAST TIME EITHER...WHAT'S WITH THE ATTITUDE? The attitude is that this is not your first time with this matter. You have had this issue before, have wrote to us about it. You received prompt replies. Additionally, you appear to be rather lazy to do research on the forums for the same answers, and insist on wasting not only your time, but mine and everyone else here with creating a second user account and acting like a child. For someone of your age and "sharpness" as a pilot, I'd expect more. Unfortunately, you sir, have not ceased to amaze me. I can answer tech support questions all day. I'm sure most on this forum would agree with that statement. However, you are truly wasting time. Stop.
  11. Perhaps you need a simple reminder. You're easily remembered, as you tend to use "WTF" in e-mails. ...and that's not the first time either.
  12. Yes, you can. There is no issue with altering the aircraft if you know what you're doing. Keep in mind there is no true 2D panel on this aircraft, so you more than likely will not get the effect you desire. 3D adjustments will require 3D model editing, and not just simple Plane Maker edits.
  13. Each of these aircraft are equally well crafted and a joy to fly. We have a standard at X-Aviation for quality, and try our best to not disappoint in what we deliver. Because of this, I'm confident you'll get enjoyment out of either one. The MU-2 is a complex plane. It's fun simply for the fact that it's rewarding once you understand how to fly it right, and we have some awesome documentation included with the product to guide you right along. If you're into this kind of thing, and you want another relatively realistic "button pushing" experience, the Corvalis is right there next to it with the G1000 simulation, and it's only about to get better (free updates coming that many will enjoy...to be announced later). The Falco is my favorite aircraft to fly around in just for fun. It's probably one of the most advanced programmed aircraft when it comes to manipulators and the detail is stunning. It's not as complex to fly, but it sure is a joy as a VFR plane if you want to just enjoy the view (which could equally be said for the Corvalis too). Ultimately, this is going to come down to your own preference. I am confident, though, you won't be disappointed with either. You could always take advantage of the sale and get both! Out of those three aircraft, you'll get more joy than with most any other add-ons out there. The only thing they don't cover is...a jet. We'll fix that soon.

  16. For those of you not on the X-Aviation newsletter list, a Cyber Monday sale has just begun. Up to 30% off on most products! Check it out here: http://eepurl.com/bKPSH Enjoy!
  17. This issue has been resolved. Thanks all!
  18. Competition...may the best product win. Just have fun and don't worry about what other developers do.

  20. This topic has been moved to Beechcraft T34C Mentor. [iurl]http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?topic=1509.0[/iurl]
  21. Did you really just take that as far as you did? Really?
  22. Hi, Justin, Traditionally, Tom is right. Good, well done renders take some skill in programs that generally take more skill. AC3D is limited in it's functionality when it comes to rendering, and relies on 3rd party software. That said, there are some programs out there that DO try and make it easier. Check this one out and see how you go: http://www.kerkythea.net/joomla/
  23. Hi, there, This is something out of our control if we choose to leave manipulators intact for a more "fun" experience (when they work right, of course...which most of the time, they do). X-Plane seems to have a bug with manipulators at certain view angles. Laminar is aware of this, and have plans to fix it, though it may not be out till XP 10.
  24. Looks great! Keep it up!
  25. Great idea, guys! Hope you guys stick around and paint up a bunch of aircraft outside of the Airbus for everyone to enjoy!
