  1. As the product page indicates on the same graphic you click to download the manuals, only two of the three are freely available. The third is only provided with purchase of the product. No, it's not. It's listed there as Bombardier.
  2. Manuals released, Take Command! announced, 33 new photos posted. More info here: http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?topic=2027.msg18998#msg18998 Enjoy!
  3. Hi, All, The CRJ manuals are now ready for your viewing, along with 33 new photos of the aircraft in the gallery! You will also notice a new product line announcement titled: Take Command! More information about this is on the CRJ-200 page linked below, and a dedicated Take Command! page will be added shortly! Please take note of the following: There will be errors in spelling and grammar here. These were done by Javier (from Spain) and we have every intention to change these soon. That said, Javier's english is good enough to be able to interpret as well as enjoy just fine, and if you have any questions you can ask here! I actually enjoy reading a lot of Javier's work, so I hope you have just as much fun as well! It is incredibly important that if you intend on purchasing this product that you read these manuals and learn how to fly this aircraft! Thanks for the exciting times....25 hrs up without sleep, so it's my time to nap! You can get the manuals here: http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=68
  4. This is going to be heavily dependent on your level of enthusiasm and interest to learn the aircraft. Some people may pick it up quick, others may not. This is part of the reason we will be offering up the free manuals.
  5. You betcha'. 22 hours and still goin'!
  6. Just a simple oversight...we're all tired and excited at once! "Cam" is A-Okay. Thanks for being courteous!
  7. And another...
  8. I'm not Javier.
  9. Just a quick shot to hold you over.
  10. Probably not. I'll still get it out tonight.
  11. Some exciting stuff coming along with this manual preparation. I'm off to take a small break for a late dinner, but when I get back shortly I'll be back at it! I won't be going to bed tonight until this manual set is released. Stay tuned! C
  12. As stated, time zone is EST. Javier may live in Spain, but I don't. I am the one putting them online. Back later.
  13. I've been reading in a few places about this, and have noticed there are a few misinterpreted items from the implementation of the new embedded FMC. The vasFMC embedding was done for the CRJ. While the core of vasFMC and this small tidbit of code is/will be public domain, the CRJ is still unique in it's FMC functionality to the true aircraft. I have read in various places that some assume the FMC provided with the CRJ will simply be a straight shoot of the vasFMC as it stands (which is based on the Airbus FMC). Such is not truly the case, and, of course, such code and other information used to make the FMC unique will not be shared with the public. So, while vasFMC certainly will become an option to many developers, it's not going to be a simple swap process, and aside from that fact, if left at default functionality it will not be true to the aircraft without the developers' hard work to alter the information and how it's passed around into the FMC itself. You'll need to get comfy with C.
  14. Quick update: Manuals will be going online today (April 23rd, 2011) USA EST. I will post another update here when such has happened. When these manuals are released, it is encouraged that you download and read through them. There is a lot to digest and understand about this product, as it's no walk in the park to operate. It will be imperative that you learn the procedures outlined in the manuals in order for this aircraft to work. Coming soon! 20 of 24 hours uptime here work wise...time for some sleep! See you in the skies....soon!
  15. Should be "stated." Your comments state otherwise unless it is good feedback. I stand by my statement about criticism. You're doing a good job of demonstrating my point clearly at the moment. Maybe you should read more some time. First looks vs reviews. Time of night, and reasonings for a post. It would probably help you out. Birds. Their songs travel near and far. I think you just contradicted yourself though. You just tried to tell me you didn't push a request, but then suggested if I know such things I must be "pulling the string." For one you're wrong, but again, you're helping to prove my point... I think you meant simply. Anyhow, I find their first look pretty fair. Pretty well written compared to most reviews I find in a magazine at that. Great. Have pride. People don't agree with you.
  16. It's rather bold. I don't agree with much of it. Seems rather silly to me of you to question a persons integrity after requesting them so feverishly to review your product. Comes with the territory. Welcome to payware. This arena is not for you if you cannot handle criticism. And? Clearly irrelevant in the flight model department.
  17. I think you meant to say "not" satisfied with...as in you're a happy camper. That said, you must know a secret. There's been some debate on the flight model front thus far. http://xplane10.wordpress.com/2011/04/22/fly-j-sim-dash-8-q400-a-quick-look-around-and-some-first-impressions/
  18. Rest assured we're all pulling ridiculous hours to get this done. There's slightly more than the installers and webpage to do, but it's all irrelevant in the end. You'll know when it's out. We'll make it pretty hard to miss.
  19. Consumer interest.
  20. Reserved for baby Teo (baby Javier)! ;D
