  1. You misunderstood. I was speaking of Laminar's customers (meaning Laminar has conducted questioning themselves with a number of folks still wanting things as they are), which in turn ARE also our customers. A very important thing to consider. That's precisely why I asked you to clarify.
  2. May I ask how? You already know how to do the old method. Now we're adding one more option. We have many customers who still prefer the old method, as does Laminar themselves. Most prefer scroll, but I can assure you this method is not confusing at all. That said, we won't release this until our customer test group has signed off on the method implemented. Their feedback will be invaluable prior to getting this into everyone's hands.
  3. Take it private. This isn't your place to talk.
  4. Go read other topics or posts (especially on other forums) Longranger has replied to over the years. Otherwise I agree 100% with what you have stated and I believe Jim, Goran, and Theo have done a fantastic job of listening and implementing customer requests. That's all I'm going to say about that.
  5. We were technically doing this before, but not with the new "official" way. Laminar was kind enough to work with us on this prior to 10.3.
  6. I didn't think that.
  7. Sorry Michael. You know the situation and attempts on this order (multiple times), and had multiple discussion channels. I'm not sure the intention of this post, but if it's just to alert the public I'll let it stand. That said, discussions of order specifics will not be had here. Wish things went smoother for you.
  8. Re-run the installer.
  9. In the configuration of seats they run these on, yes. There are a few US routes they run with these aircraft. It's all premium seating.
  10. ... The sales data says otherwise. What you think is not what you know, nor is it reality.
  11. I don't disagree with you, but what is the definition of "complete?" I cannot always solve a problem if it is not able to be replicated. Considering how long the CRJ has been on the market, and how many thousands of customers there are, AND the fact that only you have these issues, AND the fact that you had a really bizzarre, unheard of issue for the Saab, I'd venture to guess I'm NOT going to be able to replicate this and that it's only isolated to you and your system. You're going to have to do some toying around here. I simply don't have answers for this one. Completely different than not offering you support at all. Of course, if other customers complain then we'll open up more investigation because we'll at least have other people that can repeat the behavior and help in solving this.
  12. As someone who sees marketing and sales data, I'd have to disagree with this statement with severe certainty. That's the only comment I have for your post. The rest is up to the community as a whole to agree with.
  13. SkyMaxx Pro replicates what X-Plane tells it too. It is not a weather generator, but a cloud renderer for X-Plane's own weather generator. If the data in the real world file is old (as it sometimes can be), then what you see "out the window" may not properly reflect that. Just depends on the data X-Plane is receiving from whichever source.
  14. No one else is reporting problems like this. I have not been able to reproduce, and I suspect the developers have not either. The usual helpful CRJ regulars of this forum have not responded either, so I suspect this is isolated to your end, unfortunately. Nothing has changed in this product for years. I apologize, but I honestly have nothing else to offer on this one. Try it in a fresh XP10 demo with just the CRJ installed? Your XP sim is full of errors not related to this product. By the way, sending in multiple support tickets puts you at the bottom of the queue.
  15. You can ignore the text files. Simply unzip the zips and place the resulting folders in your Custom Scenery folder. That's it!
  16. Then unfollow the topic.
  17. It is not 64-bit compatible.
  18. Pretty good! Thanks for checking in. :-)
  19. We do not have plans for this. Thanks for your sharing of interest though!
  20. Thanks for the comments, Oliver! I just wanted to jump in and say let's not forget Frank (Sundog), either! He's done a stellar job supporting this product and keeping customers informed on issues or how to fix them, and I truly appreciate that. He's a total pleasure to work with alongside John!
  21. Both of which utilize SASL. I think you have the start of your answer.
  22. SkyMaxx does not have ANY sounds files or alter anything of that nature. I'd be looking elsewhere if I were you.
  23. No, it only controls default clouds for those specific sliders.
