  1. Oh man, LOL. I'm so conflicted on whether I should have laughed at this....but I did.
  2. Heya, I know this can be extremely frustrating with a lack of news postings, but truth be told sometimes there's just nothing to speak of. In the world of programming, sometimes no news is good news. NORCAL has been an extraordinary project for both RealScenery and X-Aviation. Not only is it the largest product ever built by RealScenery, but the technical challenges of distribution have also been at play. A lot of folks don't realize that these types of things take time, and so instead it's easy to air frustration. For the most part, the wait has been because we have always said to ourselves that NORCAL will be a defining product...one that a lot of folks will hold to a high degree, and as such we have worked tirelessly to perfect it over the years. It's just that big of a coverage area and project! The infrastructure we have had to build in order to distribute this has been a long time in the making, and only recently have we got things dialed in. Many of the other products have been placed on the newer delivery platform in recent times and a lot of feedback from customers has been a "beta" of sorts to help us fix potential bugs on the delivery system prior to release of NORCAL. We know the demand for this product will be huge. It is quite literally the most asked about product daily in our enquiry form at X-Aviation. The wait is almost over. We're very close, and we're super excited. Hang in there!
  3. Just to be clear, what you see in the above screenshots from John is not a part of the recently released update today. This stuff is slated for a forthcoming update, but enjoy the new stuff anyhow!
  4. Hello, all, This will serve as a formal forum announcement that we have released the version 1.3.3 update for SkyMaxx Pro. 5. Minor changes and bug fixes. Nothing to write home about, but improvements none-the-less. We've been running 10.3 for a while here.
  6. Nope! Quite a number of other aircraft will show this too depending on various parameters and features of the aircraft. It's highly dependent on control surface locks being present or not. This is probably one of the oldest features in X-Plane that I can remember (albeit not very pretty to look at)...as far back as v5 at least.
  7. Not sure if you're aware, but the X-Plane Reviews site is actually funded by the owner of X-Plane.org. This may answer your question as to why you'd be banned there as well.
  8. No, there is no way to prevent this.
  9. That would be X-Plane stimulating control movement in the wind.
  10. Hey Martin, We share the same thought and I think you'll eventually see this make its way into the Oahu package.
  11. Awesome! Keep the good stuff coming!
  12. And, as you can see in the thread Jim linked you to, he tried to assist you with this and requested more info but you never provided it. Please do so.
  13. Can you be more descriptive? Freezing, error messages, what?
  14. Awesome! Love the look of this plane. :-)
  15. Pretty sure he was basically backing what Ben said above. If people don't support current developers, others will not come.
  16. I don't believe there is a way to accomplish this, no. Wish I could be more of help here!
  17. I'm not one for censoring, but giving this individual any kind of platform for discussion after a borderline copyright infringement is not a discussion we will have. Sorry guys!
  18. Hi there, Welcome to X-Plane and X-Pilot! 1. Yes, hat switches are accommodated. You may simply set them up in the buttons section of the joystick menu within X-Plane. 2. Yes, you can do this in the data output menu. You'll find tons of info you can display to screen here! 3. For the most part everything that works in 9 also works in 10. You shouldn't find many issues here running older aircraft.
  19. A mix of both. In reality it's very basic and utilizes some very basic/not as nice shaders and effects as that of Maxx FX. I won't get into the legal issues at this time while we deal with that aspect. Back on topic please. :-)
  20. Glad we could help, Roger! Thanks for purchasing!
  21. Hi Roger, In addition to what Jim said above, can you please confirm that you are entering the FIX waypoints in all cap letters?
  22. Hi Roger, Can you please provide an example of a FIX you are entering that is currently not working? Thanks! :-)
  23. It can be somewhat hard to blatantly find, but this has been discussed extensively in these forums. For the moment it's simply not possible with X-Plane's current SDK. Regarding the shots John posted just above...be prepared to check your inboxes soon on another update!
  24. Glad you got it sorted Vinny! Nicolas did the right thing here, so applause all around. :-)
