No one said anything about an update being released.
-
In your original post you said 4.8.1.
-
Yep, being worked on every day.
-
No, it does not. You must calculate weights on your own.

There's a Chart manual. Read through it and find whatever you need.
-
Well, it makes most sense to use the Charts manual that came with your product.

We do not have an FMS in our aircraft. Are you confusing ours with Carenado? This one is ours: https://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/product_info.php/take-command-saab-340a-p-100 In the USA, pax weights are seasonal. In the summer, each passenger is considered 190 lbs. In the winter time, 195 lbs.

That appears to be for the B variant. Our model is an A. Unless you meant the data on page 17, then yes, the A category is what you want to look at.

I would need detailed info on your installer screen selections to even begin to diagnose this.
-
I'm confused why you are confused by this? You're asking the GPU to do more work with more clouds to achieve the AA on the multitude of clouds under cloudier conditions. Of course it's going to eat up more FPS than just FXAA! That aside, we control nothing to do with that stuff. It is entirely sim controlled (in other words, Laminar).

I do not have that file available, sorry. I just happened to have the old component files the installer needs to run, so I replaced them on the server.
-
Hi, I have re-instated the 4.9.2 files on the server. If you have the 4.9.2 installer you should now be able to successfully get it installed to test your theory.

Directly from the FSGRW product page: In short, yes, you are gaining quite a bit more by having FSGRW present!
-
If what you're wondering is can you edit the colors, the answer is no. It's not something you can "edit". John simply rid of some artifacts that were present in some TGA files.

SkyMaxx Pro v4.9.3 has been released and is a free update for all current v4 customers. Included in this update is numerous Vulkan fixes, as well as newly refined lighting on clouds. There have also been some cloud texture refinements to fix some artifacts. You can read more about the update here in the forums!
-
Glad you enjoy it! We like it too.

I think I need to respectfully disagree here. It made sense for SkyMaxx Pro. Not much is going to change in its implementation. However, when it comes to aircraft development, I would have to argue that developers' are doing themselves right by waiting. Laminar has A LOT of moving parts right now and things are changing daily on the rendering side of aircraft, and to some extent, scenery texture paging. Chasing bugs for aircraft developers in a beta that is ever-changing is basically like asking for a sunburn on purpose out of pure enjoyment; not fun.

http://forums.x-pilot.com/forums/topic/17733-strange-cloud-bloom-effect-1150b6/?do=findComment&comment=149247 Evidently you already read that and "liked" it. Did you already forget?

But to answer you directly, no, it has nothing to do with datarefs and is a source code change on our end in the interim until Laminar changes THEIR source code.

Be aware that SkyMaxx Pro simulates moon position and light. If the moon is providing enough light, you should not expect things to be pitch black.

I'm only pointing out that this would not be game changing. At the end of the day music is something you can listen to running Spotify in the background.
