  1. Looking at your log, this is your issue: https://torquesim.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/topic/a7a12d04-db0f-4347-9a15-b232956f57b1/article/128188431
  2. This error is caused by large text pushing other info off of the installer screen. To fix this, please set your text size back down to 100% during install. You may learn to do this here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Make-the-text-on-your-screen-larger-or-smaller
  3. You're running X-Plane 11.41. As the product page states, 11.50 is required and is the root of your keyboard issue.
  4. I'm happy to hear you've managed to get in the air. We'll definitely resolve the issues that cause roundabout situations like this.
  5. Post your log.txt file.
  6. Sounds like you don't have Gizmo installed, which is required and included in the install of this product.
  7. We'll get it sorted out. These things can frustrate us as well. Thanks for sticking it through!
  8. Sounds like you're in the Mac camp? :
  9. That'll be an extra $10 please!
  10. Great shot!
  11. Running X-Plane 11.50 beta? It's required for the GCU to work.
  12. As the SR22 is released, this topic is closed and all posts should be re-directed here: https://forums.x-pilot.com/forums/forum/243-sr22-series/
  13. Re-name the download file to: TorqueSim_SR22 Series_1.0.zip
  14. What's the filename of what got downloaded?
  15. Screenshot would probably help me understand a little better. And, again, have an anti-virus?
  16. Yes, requires 11.50. Laminar added special items in it specifically for this aircraft.
  17. Tons of people on discord showing the installer in use. Definitely not corrupt. Anti-virus?
  18. Final update: Team has now finished files and is uploading them for store distribution. They need to be packaged up in installers and then release. Because of this, we are setting final release time to 3pm EDT (1900z). We wanted to get it out by 2, but the team got done with the file updates at 2, so we're on for 3 EDT. Just an hour away. If you're a Mac user, please see the following: https://forums.x-pilot.com/forums/topic/18686-sr22-series-mac-users-please-read/
  19. I have received word the team has requested additional time to niggle out a few extra items in 3D and FMOD revisions. We have also discovered a bug on the Mac side we are working out now. As such, we are pushing release time back two hours to 3PM EDT (1900z) to ensure we have a good experience for all.
  20. Well...do you have an internet connection on the machine? Do you have a firewall? Anti-virus? Something is preventing the sim from reaching the server. That's on your end.
  21. Makes sense. You can get around this by removing any .rwx files in your main X-Plane folder before you start X-Plane.
  22. The Take Command!: SR22 Series by TorqueSim will be released on Saturday, July 25, 2020 at Noon EDT! A full breakdown of the features in this product, as well as a previously recorded livestream is available here in the forums. Be sure to check it out! This is one heck of a plane when it comes to systems fidelity and mechanical wear!
  23. That's not your log.txt file.
  24. It would appear you are fixated on the SR22 G5, utilizing slightly taller P+ avionics, thus the curve was changed. This is a G3. With our experience in the aircraft, we believe the modeling to be accurate. Good catch, just wrong model. People notice the darnedest things, and lord knows Cirrus has used numerous designs as they transitioned between Avidyne to Garmin to P+. And, before we go too far with this discussion, we're locked in at this point. No changes are going to be made to the model or UV outlay. I'll re-iterate again, that for a G3 series we feel the model is accurate 3D geometry.
