  1. Here. I'll show you the door. See ya!
  2. He's aware and already acknowledged such above. Goran was replying to @Normandee who thought it should be "personal" and giving clarification that it's an incorrect version of the word.
  3. That has absolutely NOTHING to do with what I said.
  4. My pet peeve: "I don't have this problem with X product." People need to knock that off. Vertices count, texture sizes, programming, etc all contribute to resource use. Comparing products as an explanation of your performance is absolutely useless from a support standpoint. Since you're saying your performance degrades after a higher AA setting, I'm going to assume aircraft object density is at play. I also remember AA issues with AMD cards that are known, but I'm not sure if they were applicable to Metal or only Vulkan.
  5. It was pretty clear that Simbabeat didn't purchase it if you had actually read what he wrote. Your suspicions about pixel effect are wrong.
  6. Move your 3D cockpit camera up so that it appears you're looking out over the glareshield like in a real aircraft. This is what we do in professional sim setups.
  7. It did not actually install if you received this error.
  8. Simbabeat isn't "right" about anything. He hasn't yet bought the product. As a whole I've seen some people mention FPS issues lately with 11.50 no matter what aircraft they use. Nothing was really significantly changed in a way that would affect FPS in the SR22, and I have not yet received similar reports to yours.
  9. The server shows you downloaded it though?
  10. This will serve as a formal forum announcement that we have released the version 1.0.1 update for the SR22 Series. 11. Sounds like this: https://torquesim.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/1/topic/a7a12d04-db0f-4347-9a15-b232956f57b1/article/128188431

  13. Nope, not the same. 404 means your license file isn't found on the computer. Normal when things are freshly installed. What kind of internet you got?
  14. Indeed. Please try the above what Coop said. This engine is intended to react this way. It's NOT an easy engine to start in real life. CitationMax actually covered this from his in real life experiences on his livestream the other day.
  15. This is likely a state trace we need to investigate. @Coop will take a look!
  16. The TBM is pressurized. Should you open a door? NO. Can you? Yes. Do we simulate breaking it beyond structural limits due to speed? No. You can certainly open a window and door at various airspeeds in a non pressurized piston. I know because I have experience doing it within structural limitations. At this point it's just being incredibly nit-picky. Fly the plane, not the door.
  17. I don't disagree. I also don't think the continual attempt to make comparisons is worthy. We're talking about a sim that in some instances will bleed light through areas with no seams in the mesh. Like I said, we'll look, but I'm not making promises.
  18. The product page product says 11.50 only. No, it will not be made to work with prior. 11.50 introduced code specifically for the development of this aircraft, thus I wouldn't expect Laminar to go back and put it in 11.41. What makes you think a non-pressurized, piston aircraft can't have its door open in flight??
  19. To be clear, I'm not making excuses, I'm giving explanations. X-Plane looks at the geometry of an object (fuselage, cockpit, windows) and determines how to bring light in. This is not something WE control. A stationair has high wings. I would expect things to be shaded a bit better, as sun angles can't get through the high wing to the window as easily, so I suppose that makes sense. Additionally, I do believe that G1000 is part of their custom, old XP10 coding, which was not optimized for X-Plane's rendering engine in v11. Nature of the beast. We can take a look, but on this one we can't make promises. X-Plane can be a little too smart.
  20. Sure is! Just want the official word there with the link to show we responded.
  21. Not every object (cockpit) and how X-Plane renders light is created equal. This has actually long been one of my X-Plane pet peeves. Cockpit sunlight angles just aren't great in general.
  22. Glad you guys are FLYING! Enjoy!
  23. This is X-Plane's lighting from the sun at play.
