Cessna 525 No landing gear or operative switches
Cameron replied to buffewo's topic in CitationJet 525
The problem is very likely this plugin: C:\X-Plane 12\Resources\plugins\124thATC64 -

BN-2T Turbine Islander v2.1.0 Update Released!
Cameron replied to Cameron's topic in BN-2T Turbine Islander
No. X-Plane 11 is no longer developed for. -
Ah, you were asking about UNS to Garmin XFill? No, not a thing. I thought you were asking about the GPS. Setting to the CDI on the GNS does not require an active VOR, so you lost me there.
-
Select the CDI option on the GNS so it takes control of the nav radio channel, then select NAV1 as the nav source for the EHSI. If X-Plane supports crossfill, then yes. Been too long since I've tried!

Panel lights not working when G5 in use BN2T Islander
Cameron replied to androsvandorx's topic in BN-2T Turbine Islander
Thanks for this report! We've found the issue and resolved it. You can install the fix by re-downloading the new installer, and re-installing! -
@meierzwo, adding to what @Pils stated above, Linux is a choice thing and not something Gizmo held us back on. It's a business decision. For the aircraft and plugins you mentioned, it is not likely we will begin supporting Linux. Regarding the Gizmo list, and stated by @Pils, the updated installers do inform you what you own that still require Gizmo at the time of install. It is a continually curated list that will always fetch the latest information in that moment. That said, you will not be shown this list if Gizmo is not currently installed on your computer at all. The installer is programmed to assume you don't need to see that list if you're not currently running a product that requires it.
-
Looking up your account I can see you haven't activated. It is likely you have an anti virus that deleted the necessary plugin during install. You'll need to probably temporarily disable the anti virus and re-install the aircraft.

Why can't you use DatarefEditor?
-
What happens if you don't have the Mango sound pack installed?
-
There is a file called acf_version.txt in the IXEG aircraft folder.
-
System enhancements are planned. Other variants have always just been a point of discussion, and to be honest, don't count on it. Better to not expect that than to assume it's being done. No work has been put forth for the other models.
-
Yep, it's a known thing:
-
No, it means you need to go to your X-Plane application and enable Rosetta, not the X-Plane 12 Installer application as you show in your screenshot. These are two different applications.
-
Unfortunately the software used to make the docs never quite behaved in a way to make the printable documentation, and as such it never got produced. Hopefully one day @tkyler can get around to finding a different solution for this.
-
Your install is missing a plugin necessary to run the CL650. It is most likely the result of an antivirus you have removing it during install. You'll need to re-install the product, and likely temporarily de-activate your anti virus in that process.
-
You'll need to post your log.txt file for us to have a better look.
-
No. And, Navigraph supports X-Plane 11.
-
Yes, as of the latest update it now supports the G500.
-
You will need a Navigraph subscription. In the Navigraph FMS Data Manager you'll need to map your IXEG install to: X-Plane 12\Aircraft\ X-Aviation\IXEG 727 Classic Plus
-
Did you update the IXEG nav database (it is separate of X-Plane's)?
-
This isn't really a true statement. It can be used in ANY aircraft with the included aircraft installer. What it can't do is inject itself into a 3D panel of someone else's 3D work. In these situations you will be limited to a 2D panel. You need the original 3D assets from an aircraft author (or ideally for the aircraft author to adopt support) in order for 3D panel support. So, to be more direct to you, no, we should not be hacking other peoples' assets and offering more options. If the license of another product allows, you can try your hand at that yourself, or you can discuss it with an aircraft author you like. We support 5 out of the box with full 3D integration. The Beechcraft Sundowner was added to the list for v2.
-
No need to assume. The installer grabs your customer order history and presents you a list of YOUR products that still may require it. The list is curated in live time, so you should be able to deduce if you need it or not based on that.
