Hi, Tom, No, if it's only your FMC that's going blank then this is not an activation issue. Gizmo would also not be the culprit as it doesn't control this system. I believe X-Plane 10 is still needing a lot of work to fix things. In Beta 9 and 10 all of my displays were gone, but in RC1 they are back. Until things are actually stable I'm afraid there is not much we can do. If this were in XP9 then we'd be all over this. XP10 is going through so many rapid changes it just doesn't make sense. I will speak with Laminar though.

As far as I am aware, USB keys are not on the slate. The developers, including myself, received the commercial level keys for use during beta pre-release phase. They were not the standard dongles. Perhaps they had initially considered this over again, but last speaking I have had indicates no dongles in sight for the moment.

Really depends on customs. The holiday season is finally getting calmer, so likely 4-7 days from order to delivery. Could be less, but that's a good estimate.
