  1. 0 to 40 is not even close to realistic. We aren't going to invest time in something like that.
  2. I don't really consider this a problem.
  3. Either way works.
  4. Just run the new installer.
  5. Please see this topic.
  6. LOL. There was a lot of irony in this.
  7. Hello, all, This will serve as a formal forum announcement that we have released the version 2.1.1 update for SkyMaxx Pro. All customers who have purchased SkyMaxx Pro up till now have been sent an e-mail by X-Aviation with complete instructions on how to obtain your update. We have made this a very simple process! For those that purchase SkyMaxx Pro from today forward, your purchased download will already be updated to version 2.1.1 for you. What if I didn't get the update e-mail? If you did not receive your update e-mail don't fret! X-Aviation has updated our system to allow all customers to update with ease, regardless of whether you received an e-mail for the update! Here's what to do: 1. Login to your X-Aviation account here: https://www.x-aviati...talog/login.php 2. View your past order history invoice that contains SkyMaxx Pro purchase on it. 3. At the bottom of the invoice you will find a blue highlighted link to your update that says: "SkyMaxx Pro". There are some important fixes and requests implemented in this update. The following is a list of additions/fixes included: What's New / Changed: Clouds viewed through transparent surfaces (cockpit glass, rotor blades, etc) will blend properly with terrain, if the model with transparency was properly modeled. Converted FSX aircraft for example may still have issues, but they would have the same problems with default clouds. 2.1.1's clouds should work as well as default clouds in this respect. The "overcast quality" setting will now affect stratus clouds as well.Stratus clouds are now allowed to be at ground levelStratus clouds with medium or high overcast quality will use soft particles for terrain blendingPerformance is improved when the sun is in viewLightning is less frequent, and thinner, in cumulonimbus clouds. As always, thanks for being a customer with X-Aviation. We appreciate your feedback and support! Enjoy these latest updates, and stay tuned to the forum as we continually announce the latest happenings.
  8. Are you talking about the animation of the shadows with moving clouds, or something else?
  9. As with anything else, it releases when it's ready.
  10. Page 194 of the systems manual.
  11. Sure there is, and the answer to this specific question is on page 123 of the Systems Manual. Manuals: X-Plane/Aircraft/X-Aviation/Saab 340A/Manuals
  12. I would think the manual covers this quite well.
  13. Yes, inside the plugin. SkyMaxx Pro does not require you to restart X-Plane to see any changes. It should just work after you click the "Apply" button in the SkyMaxx Pro settings menu.
  14. Clouds are drawn based on your cloud draw distance setting. You can play with that some. The manual is located in the SilverLining folder in your plugins folder.
  15. Yep. 64-bit only.
  16. It's still standard METAR data. So, no, it doesn't change. To be VERY clear here...SkyMaxx Pro shows you the real weather just as the METAR tells X-Plane to. What it doesn't do is show far away weather until you get to it (but it WILL eventually show it). It's similar to how X-Plane magically loads new weather in an area after a METAR refresh. SkyMaxx Pro is fully capable and ready to accept showing far away weather and where to place clouds that are around your current aircraft location. Someone just needs to make the weather engine to do so...not an easy task, but doable for the right person willing to capitalize. As is now, Laminars way simply doesn't allow for anything more than what we offer. Go complain to the powers that be, Scotch. We already have.
  17. You read the response that was given to your support ticket.
  18. Building a system around a plugin that has many issues and is no longer in active development by its author is not a sound solution. "No" is an easy answer to this.
  19. jajaja. No. We're not dummies, Juan. You've been very apparent about your intentions in other venues outside of here. I'd take you more seriously otherwise, as would John.
  20. jajaja no of course we won't add a disable SkyMaxx Pro Clouds button in SkyMaxx Pro. Jajaja.
  21. To customers: Do any of you have objections to us removing the following?... http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/skymaxx-pri-101.html?reviews_id=324 It's quite clear what this character is attempting to do here. I'll leave this up for transparency and thoughts for the next 48 hours.
  22. I have to be honest...looking at that video I still don't see it. Care to elaborate? Anyone?
  23. Javier, Looking at your log it appears you did not purchase this from X-Aviation. Please have a look here: http://forums.x-pilot.com/topic/2369-x-aviation-buyers-to-x-aviation-and-org-to-org/
