  1. What's your support ticket number? I really hope you're not talking about ticket number DAATW (only one I can find from anyone that even resembles your request). That's not even a half day old as of right now. Is that you? If it is, please be patient. We go in the order received.
  2. Sweet shot, Ben!
  3. Nope, not at all! As usual, we post news when we deem it fit. Thanks for your enthusiasm though!
  4. Best of luck in your campaign!
  5. Reinstall again. Definitely not right there.
  6. Key words. Submit a support ticket: http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/contact_us.php
  7. No, but we'll be sure to let people know, of course.
  8. In my opinion? Yes, absolutely. But as someone associated to the product you may not want to be hearing that from me.
  9. We have no idea when this will drop or what it even entails. As such, we cannot even state whether it will be paid upgrade or not, as we just don't know. If it's paid, it will be at discount to current V2 users. Sorry. Wish I could have answered this better for you.
  10. IFR flying is fine, especially in the latest build of SkyMaxx Pro. This topic is pretty old. That said, the weather injection part hasn't changed. Like I said, someday I'm sure someone will accomplish this. Until then I'm going to keep enjoying flying my airliners and doing IFR practice with SkyMaxx Pro....just like MANY OTHERS are already doing. Jarring or not, just remember that the transition is what X-Plane says it should be for the given location of your aircraft. I can live with that for now, but always welcome anything better in the future. Sorry you find it unusable for yourself.
  11. To be clear, what previous purchase of yours are you insinuating was "sh*t"?
  12. It will not interfere. It's not intended for you to do this.
  13. Tony, I think this is a great idea, and one that we'll probably consider. No guarantees for the first version, but it's worth noting as a very cool feature request and a great way to get the community involved.
  14. I actually don't understand how strange it is, especially considering none of us have the product. The fact they even fixed something to do with it and showed is all I care about. Considering it's listed as a "fix" I just don't care. But, that's neither here nor there. Your question was answered unlike you thought, and that's all that matters at this point.
  15. Um, yes it was answered. Basically 3 hours after you asked! See above...that said, I guess it doesn't really matter if the issue has been solved, does it?
  16. We anticipate this product to be out in relatively short order. The beta process will be pretty swift, and release soon after. No long development period here, as the product is essentially "done" barring any bugs during testing!
  17. We are not prepared to speak about full on features of SkyMaxx Pro 3, and I can neither confirm nor deny (and no, that's not me being sly and saying "yes" when I mean we're really not prepared). Such posts and news will not be held in this thread.
  18. I think that's language barrier, Carlos. This just means that the version you see is to be used by people who use X-Plane at home. Not for flight schools or aircraft manufacturers trying to make money when using our products. It's the same thing that Laminar does with X-Plane...Home use and Commercial versions.
  19. Sure. Read post #229.
  20. It's in the manual. Yes. Reading the manual.
  21. X-Plane 10 has so many different advancements of OpenGL implemented. I'm not surprised at all.
  22. Hello Captains!, Today we are excited to formally announce SoundMaxx! We expect this product to be released in pretty short order, so stay tuned on release dates. SoundMaxx is a plug-in that enables X-Plane to use higher quality sounds and replaces existing ones for a much better experience! The plug-in will have a familiar interface if you are a current user of SkyMaxx Pro. An example of what you'll see is here: And to give you a better idea of what to expect from this product, here's a feature list!: Replaces default X-Plane sound effects with real 44 kHz stereo recordings, including: Thunder - wind - rain - hail - hail impacts - crashes - explosions - landing gear - gear rolling - gear skids - afterburners - jet, prop, and turboprop starters - reverse thrust - APU - switches - flapsReplaces default engine sounds for high and low bypass jets, reciprocating engines, props, turboprops, gryo's, helo's, and liftfans. (SoundMaxx will NOT override custom sounds that come with third party aircraft - only default aircraft and third party aircraft that don't include their own sounds.) Again, these are real recordings at 44 Khz stereoSeparate jet engine sounds for inside vs. outside the cockpitLonger, more varied loops for added realismAmbient sound engine for low-altitude external viewpoints. Season, time, and location aware.
