  1. Each and every e-mail you have sent in falls within the window of normal reply time. Each time you send a new e-mail, you bump yourself back to the bottom of the response queue. Sending 4 e-mails as you have over the last few days has not helped your case, so have patience and don't continue bombarding the ticket system with more of the same.
  2. No. Frank was quite clear as to why but I think your limited knowledge of programming is not allowing you to understand why his explanation actually makes sense as to why your request cannot be done.
  3. I don't know Laminar's official "policy" on this since XP 11 is so new, but I'm pretty sure it was 10 miles to keep your sim running smooth. But yes, it would be X-Plane dropping it, not us. That said, X-Plane 11 is still in its infancy and I would expect big improvements in the next weeks to month on the performance side, which should ultimately alleviate this. Of course, none of this applies if you're actually using X-Plane 10. If that's the case then I'd be scratching my head.
  4. Boy, that sounds like a very old install. Can you take a screenshot just to be sure?
  5. RWC downloads weather from NOAA (only if Always is selected). It will not mess with X-Plane visibility. If you are using X-Plane 11 then X-Plane will auto drop your visibility to preserve performance.

People have a knack for coming in here even 30 minutes after writing a support ticket saying they get no support, or falling to mention they have been caught with piracy.   14. Huh? It doesn't discontinue anything. You can use Version 3 for the rest of your life if you want. I don't know what this means? X-Plane 10 to 11 is not free. iPhone 6 to iPhone 7 is not free. Photoshop is not free. MOST software major version upgrades are not free. Nothing has been discontinued. Your license will continue to work. What does this mean? 60 days. Spend it "immediately" or keep using version 3. Or upgrade to version 4 later. Your choice! Most customers are thankful we offer an upgrade discount. I'm sorry if this upsets you. Nothing will change. We've done this every version. We need revenue to make sure we are here for you long in the future.

  16. I'm not sure this is even possible. SkyMaxx Pro v4 does not work with older Gizmo.

  18. Well, with the reply time of 3 days, and you sending 3 e-mails in 2 days, that's not helping you. You were not excluded. The system shows it was successfully delivered to you. Take a look in your Gmail Promotional tab inbox, or even spam. Do a search for e-mails from X-Aviation
