Hello, I would like to know if the wheel pants can be removed from my SR20 G1000 since in real life it does not have them and I like it better without these elements. My other question is if you plan to improve the airplane so that it is CIRRUS SR20 G6 now which is newer and more modern

Thanks Coop, I appreciate your input. I have the RSG hardware which works well with the Torquesim aircraft, but the functionality is being provided by TorqueSim, which it does pretty well. I am aware of the Perspective+ software recently launched by RSG, although I don't yet fully understand what justifies the high price tag. Does your response suggest that TorqueSim has frozen all Garmin development for the Cirrus at the Perspective level, with no plans to ever support the Perspective+ functionality of the newer aircraft?

Just wondering 'cause this "roadmap" post is over two years old with no updates. The new Mooney Ovation and Citation 525 were announced in February of 2022 and then...dead silence for two and a half years. That original roadmap post said "we have a lot in store THIS YEAR". That was at the beginning of 2022, so...I kinda expected to hear or see something - anything - in 2022 or 2023 or early 2024. But, here we are.

yes the generator will not come online to take the load if the GPU is still active, this is by design, you should disengage the GPU from the overhead center panel to transfer the load to L GEN. You know the L GEN is working because once you fire it up no alarm is raised, otherwise a master alarm + sound + LGEN fail will illuminate. So 1. turn on left engine 2. turn on/reset left gen, wait a few seconds 3. disengage gpu for load transfer, disconnect gpu to clear the wing 4. initiate right engine startup

The retail variant of the SR20 will not see a G6 option. We only offer this to commercial license purchases in conjunction with the appropriate RealSimGear Perspective+ hardware.
