  3. The coming update will address the scroll wheel functions. AFAIK, all knobs will be able to use the scroll wheel.

  4. @YYZ342 see above. With 11.50 Vulkan some new rules have been implemented, that might flag some objects for some "illegal" text. But just that. No other problems.

  5. I baulked a little at the price of the TBM and put off spending the hard earned for a little while. But now I have it I have to say, it’s beautiful. It is quiet simply the most detailed and best set out GA model I’ve ever come across, including my wonderful A2A models. . The maintenance model of tte engine alone is a work of art.

  6. We're not interested in anyone else's opinion about which sim is the "best" one. This isn't reddit. You deserve to have your opinion respected about which sim is right for YOU. And you deserve to enjoy whatever you want to enjoy, without argument. Exactly the same way that every single one of us, flight simmers and developers, deserves to be respected for which sim right for US. No matter if it's X-Plane, FS2020, Aerofly, DCS or Flight Gear. Screaming "X-Plane will die..." is so counter-productive, it's a joke. It only discourages more of us from even considering trying FS2020. It also discourages X-Plane developers from making add ons for FS2020. Enjoy your sim! No one is stopping you. Let the X-Plane community enjoy X-Plane.

  7. I'm so happy to hear that! The whole community is talking about the death of X-Plane and some designers already stated that their focus will be on MSFS2020 in the future. Looking forward many more high quality aircrafts from X-Aviation :-)

  8. A simple flight with the default TBM in MSFS allows to realize how beautiful is the Hotstart TBM in x-plane, I tell you

  9. Before this turns into another FS vs XP thread, I'll say we've got the FS2020 SDK, and we know what is going into it. And that's where our information will stop. All I want to say about this is that FS2020 is a flight sim. X-Plane is a flight sim. Both have lived and grown alongside each other for the better part of 2-3 decades. MSFS development has stopped once or twice in those 20-30 years, but it has never had an effect on X-Plane to the extent of "Laminar will go out of business." Use whatever you want to use. It's up to Laminar and the X-Plane developers to keep people interested in X-Plane to the point where the community will show enough interest in it to keep using it. We all have our own, individual preferences. And rightly so. Let the products speak for themselves.

  10. Did you pay close attention to the videos? They all show the same few carefully edited pieces of footage. Hardly anyone free-flies, you don't get to see anything of the aircraft, and what I've seen, there are severe deficiencies in the flight modelling. FS2020 is STILL using the FS flight model from FS98. The SIMULATOR has not progressed. They've added a few things on top, but it is still the same heavily limited and defective flight model it always was. FS2020 looks impressive, but as a simulator, it's going to be nothing but a disappointment. X-Plane has nothing to worry about. (Before anyone gets excited, I'm NOT a tester. These opinions are just based off what I have seen of the simulator, and interviews I've watched of the developers).

  11. Msfs is better than xplane 11.5 i. So manu ways that i call tell about all the day. All it needs is paywares airplanes. I'm with those guy up. Happy to pay 100$ for a tbm900 or a inprovement of 930 by hotstart. I probably will use xplane once a year to give a hug in my tbm900 if this dont happened. But certainly x-plane will be dead soon
