  1. Hiya's, XP11 pb4 came out a while ago Don't update from pb3 until the newer pb4 is fixed Two errors for others and myself, though some just one error It throws up a GLSL shader error and/or a Navdata error too Tony Edit : Looks like they've pulled pb4 So if you have updated and obviously fubar'ed Just run the installer and it will send you back to a pb3 state Tony

  2. Well, I love it when problems get worked out while I'm not looking! It does look like you were starting to run low on video memory there, so some trade-offs on cloud coverage or rendering settings would be necessary. To answer your other questions, though - if you don't have RWC, SMP will honor X-Plane's real world weather or whatever other plugins may be sending in, but it will be limited to 3 layers of uniform cloud conditions surrounding you at all times. RWC is the only way for SMP to represent distinct weather systems that you can fly into and out of. Without RWC, all the clouds around you will change at once when you enter new weather conditions. If you like flying in real-world weather, it's worth it.

  4. Every scenery or aircraft producer should be honored to see his/her product featured in one of your videos. Superb!

  5. To us at the IXEG team having "some wing flex" is a deal breaker! We rather have no wing flex than unrealistic flex which is what you get in most cases. As an engineer, I can tell you it is very tricky to do correct. It is on the the list of to-do's and we'll do it properly when we do. M

  6. Other variants of the aircraft are on the list. The problem is that a -400 and -500 has different aerodynamics than the -300, so we need to have separate (planemaker) aircraft for those. This is why we want to "finish" the -300 as much as possible before we make other variants or it will be an update and support nightmare for both you and us. As for a cargo version, that is more likely short term since it is basically only a 3D update. No decisions on the timetable for that has been set. But, the most likely (subject to change) progress is v.1.1 for XP10 v 1.1 for XP11 Cargo version 500/400 V 1.1 for XP10 is currently in closed beta. XP11 - as we predicted - is still a moving target. Like Austin implementing new flight model stuff still in the middle of the beta (jet engine, ground model etc), plenty of XP bugs and we expect it to be like this for a few more months.

  8. Really odd that some of the users are so bothered by those desiring yet another realistic and immersive looking effect such as 'wingflex'. I guess I could bothered by turbulence, and other weather conditions that affect how a plane feels and flies. I was stunned to see that an addon like this has no wingflex. It's a bit of a deal breaker for me. Heck, even some default aircraft have wingflex. EADT has wingflex and so does JARDesigns A320. IXEG should as well. It may be minimal but it is still noticeable and therefore deserves to be included in the product.
