UH-60 Blackhawk Posted April 24, 2011 Report Posted April 24, 2011 Was that when you were in my airspace or before I came on? Quote
UH-60 Blackhawk Posted April 24, 2011 Report Posted April 24, 2011 Actually, now that I think about it, the skies throughout LA_CTR were clear yesterday when I was controlling. The mountains at first made me think it was near KPRB where I gave you that crappy vector but now I'm not so sure. Quote
OlaHaldor Posted April 24, 2011 Report Posted April 24, 2011 Finally made a nice landing with the Q400, after 10-15 tries one after another. Phew!.. Quote
Jack Skieczius Posted April 25, 2011 Report Posted April 25, 2011 That is one awesome image Ola!Glad to see you are enjoying the Q400. Quote
OlaHaldor Posted April 26, 2011 Report Posted April 26, 2011 Flying right now from ENGM to ENZV. I have 70nm to go. Quote
Nova Posted April 26, 2011 Report Posted April 26, 2011 Wow, FOV of 100° ??? Since i heard from the CRJ revival, i'm flying more often again.Mostly short flights with the MU, here standing in Munich (EDDM) for a flight to Stuttgard (EDDS).Made my own Lufthansa livery, it's up on the org. No editing. Quote
OlaHaldor Posted April 26, 2011 Report Posted April 26, 2011 Haha Nova, how did you know? That was exactly what I put in FOV Loader. I'll bring the MU-2 to life whenever I can get a new activation code. Recently changed M/B, CPU and RAM. Wonder when they're gonna make that automated solution.. Quote
Kesomir Posted April 27, 2011 Report Posted April 27, 2011 Wonder when they're gonna make that automated solution.. Maybe in v1.5 Quote
OlaHaldor Posted April 27, 2011 Report Posted April 27, 2011 I'm on descend to ENBN. Forgot to change livery before take-off. I'm gonna make Widerøe the default livery whenever it's done. Can't wait for that! This is real weather by the way. It's absolutely smashing today. I should be outside though.. And I just learned something new. Adjusting the vertical speed has a visual gadget on the MFD. NICE!! Now I'm getting better at planning descend. Great.. great.. great.. That's been my nemesis for ages. Quote
YYZatcboy Posted April 27, 2011 Report Posted April 27, 2011 Not X-Plane but Real life (Since I'm at work). The re routing notices are pouring in. Finding good Alternate airports is.... interesting. Quote
Nova Posted April 27, 2011 Report Posted April 27, 2011 I'm on descend to ENBN. Forgot to change livery before take-off.You cannot change the livery on the fly? :-\And the MFD is your iPad, isn't it?And are the props now with the disc image, or did you manipulate the screenshot? Quote
flyinhawaiian Posted April 27, 2011 Report Posted April 27, 2011 Not X-Plane but Real life (Since I'm at work). The re routing notices are pouring in. Finding good Alternate airports is.... interesting. Yeah, that's how it was down here yesterday. Tops were somewhere in the neighborhood of FL450 with severe cells in the area. Better bring plenty of fuel with you! Quote
YYZatcboy Posted April 27, 2011 Report Posted April 27, 2011 I'm giving everyone lots of gas on their flight plans. Quote
OlaHaldor Posted April 27, 2011 Report Posted April 27, 2011 Nova, you can change livery, but I figured it would be stupid to do so when I already had covered 80% of the trip. In regards of saving the replay and maybe make another video.. Yup, that's the iPad.The prop disc is in the sim now, like Kesomir pointed out how to do in some other thread. Quote
YYZatcboy Posted April 27, 2011 Report Posted April 27, 2011 It's herehttp://forums.armchairaviation.com/index.php?option=com_kunena&func=view&catid=13&id=65&Itemid=2 Quote
