beechcaptain Posted April 19 Report Posted April 19 I had the same issue after just purchasing the BN-2T. CTD each time I tried to load after successfully activating the a/c. I went through the process of trial and error removing plugins to see which was the culprit. Lo and behold, it was the X-Aviation plugin. I removed it and no more ctd when loading the BN-2T. Hopefully they can fix this as I'm sure the X-Aviation plugin is considered necessary for perhaps some of my other planes. Quote

By removing it you've disabled all the systems in the plugin, so your crash stops. If you want help you'll need to upload a log. Quote
beechcaptain Posted April 28 Report Posted April 28 (edited) Ok, I put the plugin back in its place and as soon as I was in the BN-2T cockpit, X-Plane 12.1.4 crashed without any notifications. The Log.txt is attached. The last few lines show the following: 2025-04-28 13:37:16 ISLANDER-T[Main.cpp:421]: BN-2 Islander Activated 2025-04-28 13:37:16 ISLANDER-T[Main.cpp:425]: Output Dataref/Command Files 2025-04-28 13:37:16 ISLANDER-T[generalSystems.h:934]: New Livery Loaded --=={This application has crashed because of the plugin: BN-2T Islander by TorqueSim}==-- (Art controls are modified.) --=={FILE: D:\Games\X-Plane 12\Log_ATC.txt}==-- Is that caused by the livery that was loaded? I guess the better thought is to try again with a default livery and see. I will report back with the results. edited to add: I got the same ctd results with the default skin selection for the BN-2T, so it wasn't the added livery. Buck o7 Posted May 3 Report Posted May 3 Same issue for me... I just bought the BN-2T Islander can't fly te G500 variant. Crash as soon as the Islanders plugin loads the G500 crashes X-Plane. Quote
torfih Posted July 25 Report Posted July 25 Is there a fix? From log.txt: --=={This application has crashed because of the plugin: BN-2T Islander by TorqueSim}==-- (Art controls are modified.) --=={FILE: E:\X-Plane 12\Log_ATC.txt}==-- [BN-2T Islander by TorqueSim]: Dataref 'sim/weather/visibility_reported_m' has been replaced. Coop Posted July 30 Report Posted July 30 In the Islander -> plugins/is_systems/settings/settings.cfg, try setting "disable_mtuploader" to 1. Quote
torfih Posted August 7 Report Posted August 7 (edited) Thanks for looking into this, but unfortunately "try setting "disable_mtuploader" to 1, does not work. This error happens with all turbo islander (normal avionics, G5 and G500) Edited August 8 by torfih 1 Quote
Cyber Copter Posted October 26 Report Posted October 26 (edited) My BN-2T has been crashing upon loading consistently regardless of avionics version. I wish this could be fixed. Log.txt attached. The BN-2B versions load with no errors. Log.txt Edited October 26 by Cyber Copter Quote
