Update. After unchecking most of the plug-ins except "BN-2T Islander by TorqueSim" (that my log.txt had given as the cause of the crashes), the model burst into life perfectly. So no longer need help thank you, and apologies for being thick. Cheers...

Dear X-Aviation. I have successfully loaded aircraft such as the CedsHSF EC130 B4, and after completing the file adjustments advised by CedsHSF have the RSG500 working fine. But I have not had the same joy with your BN-2T G500 and every time I load the aircraft X-Plane crashes, often immediately. I have re-installed RSG software and X-Aviation BN-2T G500 version a number of times and gone through the set-up wizard which tells me the installation is correct. My conventional cockpit version of your great aircraft works fine, and I thank you for developing a great model. Hope you are able to offer some suggestions. Text file attached. The line "--=={This application has crashed because of the plugin: BN-2T Islander by TorqueSim}==--" makes no sense to me as I cannot even find the plug in referred to! Hi All I have not been able to resolve this to date, and I see others face a similar issue. I note the response from Coop of TorqueSim dated 31 July 2025, with a suggestion that I tried unsuccessfully. If there are any other suggestions that could get the G500 version working for me and others, they would be very much appreciated. I understand there is a huge effort to create these models, and the developers then have to rely on the end user's competence, their hardware and software choices, and which way the wind is blowing on the day they are trying to fly, but interaction with the users is healthy. Isn't it? I have attached the logs from my latest attempt to get the model running, following another very satisfying "flight" with the normal avionics version. Hi All. My X-P12 also crashes when I load the BN-2T R500 version. I have no problems loading and flying the normal avionics version, and it is a great model that I enjoy. I tried the suggestion: In the Islander -> plugins/is_systems/settings/settings.cfg, try setting "disable_mtuploader" to 1. ...but that has not solved the issue. Sorry I am not very good at interpreting my log.txt's. I would really appreciate if somebody could look at the attached log and give me a lead on why I can't get the autopilot to function...heading, GPS nav etc. Many thanks, Neil Log.txt
