IXEG B733 impossible to use

Hello,
I've just installed the IXEG B733 classic plus on XP12 but I have no sound on the switches and no action, so I can't do anything with this aircraft while all the others are working normally.
Please help me to smile again

Yes, I first got the first IXEG B733 for XP11 (great) and bought the version for XP12, then 1.51. I don't understand why I end up with an OFF license and don't know how to fix the problem...

Do you use "124thatc" plugin. If yes remove it , I had exactly the same problem (licence failed) with this plugin.

This is a warning and irrelevant. You'll see it all over your log for custom scenery as well.

Looking at the server logs, I can see successful authentication even on Level-2. This tells me you likely have one or two things happening:

1. You have some read/write permission issues on your X-Plane folder (did you maybe switch which drive it's on recently)?

2. You have a firewall blocking the successful license authentication.

On XP11 the plane works perfectly
On XP12 all planes work perfectly except one of my favorites, the IXEG 733.

just tried to apply the 1.5.2 update (Windows 11)but now getting constantly error messages during the install. there was no message re. firewall etc. during the install: 

Initially it did download the full 1.25 GB but an error message then said it couldn't run or some such.

 

I then started x-plane 12.0.8 beta, loaded another default aircraft and got this: "could not save email data" after I entered my login details. what's up?

You seem to have downloaded the installer and then not ran it for a bit of time. By that time, the installer became out of date. Re-download the installer and try again.

actually I had downloaded it today around 4-5 times within the last 2 hours and always installed immediately afterwards, and now per your suggestion re-downloaded it again. nowhere did it say: "ATTENTION: you have to install immediately after download, or else it expires" and I have never heard of such a thing. I tend to believe the downloaded files have been changed on your end in the meantime? Anyway, it is working now again, thanks for your prompt support Cameron!

The installer was changed about 6 hours ago for updating of some files. This is what I meant by out of date.

Every time you get an IXEG update you need to redown load the installer, its how they do it on this store.

as I said: I had downloaded the v 1.5.2 installer (which is not the installer but the downloader of the real installer) 4 times today, but the install files that it downloads from their server had obviously a bug which they fixed only within the last couple of hours.

and I found the plane and sounds working again, but I can't find the presentation on the left of the cockpit that lets you choose the views. Is this normal?

Hello, j'ai posté ça hier sur le forum xplane.fr

Tiens au passage un p'tit truc, si après l'upgrade vous n'avez pas le menu des préférences qui s'affiche quand vous positionnez la souris sur le bord gauche de votre écran, il faut activer l'option.
Pour ce faire , aller dans plugin, Gizmo64,Windows, Ixeg737 et desactivez l'option "Disable pop-out préférences..."

The view selection window was removed as it is redundant. You can set up and save views very conveniently with the X-Plane view menu.
