Selmer79 Posted September 24, 2023 Report Posted September 24, 2023 (edited) I'm doing a de-rust on the IXEG Classic Plus, and I looked through the quick-start. It says to add weights in the GROUND SERVICES menu ... ...but mine looks like this: Is the tutorial outdated? Is my install b0rked? I also noticed that I have no Livery Manager executable anywhere... Litjan Posted September 24, 2023 Report Posted September 24, 2023 The manual is outdated. Please use the X-Plane default GUI to enter weight, balance and fuel (the IXEG now uses the new load-station physics available in XP12, therefore the old ground services menu way of setting this could not be used anymore. 1
Torbinator Posted September 24, 2023 Report Posted September 24, 2023 Where do we get the CG% and trim setting for takeoff? That old menu did the job for us.

Note that this is a temporary situation, due to our changover of technology and X-Plane's new "loading system"....there's some remodeling going on under the hood. We have to make sure we understand the intricacies of X-Plane's new features and then design a new GUI around those. I can't say when we'll get it back in, but it is certainly on our roadmap...see bullet points at the end of this link. http://www.togasim.com/ixeg/product_info/whatsnew_15.html Edited September 25, 2023 by tkyler

It says on the weight and balance GUI - read of the MAC%, enter that on the takeoff ref page and read of the required trim setting.
