tex99999 Posted September 7, 2022 Report Posted September 7, 2022 (edited) As you can see from the picture much of the text is unreadable in the BE58. The text from the other instruments is quite readable from 30"-36" away on a 34" UW monitor. Looks OK in the second shot but bye bye engine instruments Jon Edited September 7, 2022 by tex99999 addition Quote
Coop Posted September 8, 2022 Report Posted September 8, 2022 X-Plane autoscales texture resolution based on available VRAM and the texture resolution slider, it isn't something in our control. Quote

Did that always affect Panel textures? That seems like a bug tbh. Maybe I’m misunderstanding what OP is posting about. Edited September 8, 2022 by Pils 1 Quote

Coop Posted September 11, 2022 Report Posted September 11, 2022 Yes, if the G500 displays themselves are low resolution, that is going to be something else in the stack beyond our control causing that. Quote
tex99999 Posted September 29, 2022 Author Report Posted September 29, 2022 I guess this was written for the hardware and not for integration into any A/C. Its the only instance I have seen of this happening. Unfortunately its unusable. Quote

Had the aircraft had this integrated into the actual 3D object, it would be fine. Numerous aircraft do have it integrated into the 3D model that demonstrate this. Quote

If you hover over the top right corner of the G500 popup window and click so that it pops up as its own window outside of the simulator, is it still blurry there? Based on the screenshots you sent I am guessing the blurriness is just due to the resolution set in X-Plane settings being very low. Quote
