Failed Update

I have updated my ixeg and I get an error on activation stating that I dont have licences for my other xaviation products. This picture shows you exactly what is happening or not.

Looks "stuck". Maybe some anti-virus or firewall? Bit Defender is pretty known to do this kind of thing especially.

I am using correct Log In Details and anti virus disabled

Your error is different than that of what Wycliffe showed above.

Can you try:

• Opening the default C172
• Move your mouse to the right side of the screen and click the key icon that comes out of the menu
• Activate then

I only use Windows defender I will have another look in the morning, time for bed.

I'm having the same problem when I choose Gizmo beta. It gets stuck in activation.  Getting the same messages as OP, so I uninstalled SkyMaxx and Weather Connector, but getting the same errors. Installed Gizmo stable and it registered fine. Seems Gizmo beta is not working for me on 11.50 b9. Any suggestions? Thanks

Update: As Cameron suggested, I activated Gizmo Beta with the default C172 loaded. I also disabled Windows Defender temporarily, but not sure if that helped the process. I then installed Skymaxx and Weather Connector and everything is working great.

Thanks for letting us know it worked for you, Boom!

There are bound to be some quirks in the new Gizmo beta and this case and your willingness to stay with it and confirm the workaround is helping to find and fix them.

That worked, but only after I removed all other plugins (including SilverLining and RealWeatherConnector, hadn't tried only to remove the two).

I reinstalled the updated version and selected the stable version of Gizmo and all excellent

looking forward to flying her tomorrow

this is sorted now I uninstalled the IXEG and reinstalled selcting the stable non beta Gizmo and all is good. I will wait for the new stable Gizmo which i am sure will not that far away. Tonight we fly form EGTE to EGPF

I used the beta version and everything seems fine.  Windows 10 pro with all updates applied.
