CedGauche Posted May 1, 2020 Report Posted May 1, 2020 (edited) Hi, it seems that the cockpit and cabin light during daytime is not bright enough. During overcast conditions in daytime there is no difference between lights on or off in the cockpit, so that some instruments are not easy readable. Edited May 1, 2020 by CedGauche Quote
jetjerry Posted May 1, 2020 Report Posted May 1, 2020 I totally agree. The interior lighting is not bright enough. Quote
flieger28 Posted May 1, 2020 Report Posted May 1, 2020 You noticed that there is a knob in the Cockpit to Change from Dim to Bright Quote

Ch.Cole Posted May 1, 2020 Report Posted May 1, 2020 By the way, Cockpit lights eat up a lot of FPS for me, so I try to fly without cockpit lights. Quote
Coop Posted May 1, 2020 Report Posted May 1, 2020 The cockpit lights require HDR to be enabled (Graphic settings on High), if not then the only lights X-Plane will render are the "lit" textures as they won't render dynamic lights. Both of these are being adjusted for the next update, so it should get a bit brighter both with and without HDR. 2 Quote
