Matt8251 Posted January 24, 2019 Report Posted January 24, 2019 I got the Saab 340A for Xplane 11 a couple of days ago and it installed just fine but every time I log into the account it (in the sim)said account updated and a new window pops up to long in again, this time is fails to long me in. The aircraft is useless and will not even start via auto start or any other way. I have re-downloaded it and try it again see the same problems. I don't understand what is going on here. I sent a trouble ticket in and got a number in my email but nothing telling me what to do with it or how to fix the problem just the same thing i email with. Quote
Cameron Posted January 25, 2019 Report Posted January 25, 2019 Can't really see everything on the console window there. Do you have BitDefender or similar firewall installed? Quote
Matt8251 Posted January 25, 2019 Author Report Posted January 25, 2019 Nope, both Windows and McAfee firewalls are turned off Quote

Goran_M Posted January 30, 2019 Report Posted January 30, 2019 Did you change anything at all in the acf? No matter how small you think it might be. Quote
Ben Russell Posted January 30, 2019 Report Posted January 30, 2019 You have xplane installed in c:/program files x86/... Windows protects this folder and is likely causing glitches. Move the xplane folder somewhere else. Try your desktop for now or somewhere inside your user folder. Quote
Matt8251 Posted January 30, 2019 Author Report Posted January 30, 2019 No I have not touched any of the files, and I will try to move it and see what happens them. Quote
Matt8251 Posted January 30, 2019 Author Report Posted January 30, 2019 same exact problem. GizmoLog.txt Log.txt Quote
Matt8251 Posted January 30, 2019 Author Report Posted January 30, 2019 moving Xplane did fix my heading problems, it has been 90 deg off. Funny how that work. Quote
mjrhealth Posted February 1, 2019 Report Posted February 1, 2019 It is possible that your folder still has some write permissions causing your issue, Probably best to reinstall xplane some where other than windows, IE c:\xplane or another drive as most do. Than make a copy of teh clean working install, tha tway if it crashes you just need to copy it back no reinstall. Quote
