I called halt to the updates process monsth ago so that we could patch busted DRM so the collective businesses could stop bleeding out so we could continue to serve and update rather than slowly going bust and eventaully finding another job.

It's a great relief to get them out for many many reasons.

I hope we can continue with a more evenly paced and regular update process again from here on.

I'm trying to activate the IXEG V1.1 with my email and password but it gives to me this message: "your machine is registered to a different user".

 

Why?? I'm the only one that have access to my PC.

Just got a new computer. Moved the entire X-plane folder to the new one. Gizmo asked me for a new Computer-name and BAM! Everything's up an running. Works perfectly, good job! This is so (insert 50 o's here) easy a child could do it. Thanks!

I am also having a problem with re-activation:- 

Trying to sign in with my username and password and getting   "your machine is registered to a different user".

Please advise!

In the X-Plane folder you will find a file called Log.txt

Please attach it to a forum post so that we can confirm which version of Gizmo you're using.

The problem is that you have two accounts with us. One is a ******@me.com and the other is ******@blueyonder.co.uk. We only allow you to have one account.

Which one would you like to keep so I can merge your orders into one and tidy this up for you?

i have the problem about "your machine is registered to a different user" also 

i want to change account on my PC with xp gizmo

please help me with that ,if you need any information plz notice me.

i want to switch ********@163.com to *****@levyhsu.com on my machine.
