I want my money wasted for it too! I'm having the same poblem and since IXEG V1.1 was out I didn't received ANY answer for my problem. I've bought this a year ago, expected this update for months and months and I just can't use it, 'cause it says another account is already registered on my machine! WTF? I also created a topic relating this and got deleted. Ah, Ben, I'm talking about you too. Never gonna buy any product from you guys anymore.

I'm trying to activate the IXEG V1.1 with my email and password but it gives to me this message: "your machine is registered to a different user". Why?? I'm the only one that have access to my PC.
