This problem is happening to me too.

It happened when I went to an airport with a stormy weather.

It looks horrible like the shots by the other partners.

How can I solve this?

I have the latest nvidia drivers installed and this thing didn't happened with Skymaxxpro V3.

It isn't a graphics driver specific issue, since I have a Radeon Pro 460.

As it stands we can't reproduce it...

So sorry guys, looks like the problem isn't fixed after all and could be related to precipitation/rain clouds. i managed to reproduced the problem by selecting 'Set weather uniformly' and ramping up the Precipitation,Storms & Turbine. Here's another screenshot & my log.txt

Been fiddling with precipitation settings here for the past 10 minutes and still can't make it happen :/ 

This issue is our top priority; we'll keep trying.

EDIT: Just got it to happen! Investigating...

Hiya Frank,

The new precip setting/s option for those are the only item/s i've left as-is

I am lucky rig-wise and can max and alter all the settings that i've been used to with v3 at my will

I'll try messing also, with varying weather systems

If i run into any blockiness as ones have posted i'll obviously post back
