MehrCurry Posted June 20, 2016 Author Report Posted June 20, 2016 Thank you. Of course i googled this error message before asking but did not find these post. Hopefully it is fixed in a few days. Guido Quote
sundog Posted June 20, 2016 Report Posted June 20, 2016 Yeah, that's not us. Apparently FSGRW is not yet compatible with 10.50. Stick with 10.45 until 10.50 is officially out. Quote
Tom Stian Posted June 20, 2016 Report Posted June 20, 2016 Havent tried 10.50 yet, but are we in need of FSGRW or NOAA plugin now that XP10.50 have builtin wind aloft for the whole world ? Or will FSGRW give a better weather experience ? Quote
Cameron Posted June 20, 2016 Report Posted June 20, 2016 NOAA is obsolete now with 10.5. FSGRW is a matter of personal preference. Quote

Or will FSGRW give a better weather experience ? X Plane weather is refreshed each hour. With FSGRW, you have the choice between 5 and 60 minutes. You have the weather all along your flight plan. If your are too lazy to calculate the ISA Deviation, you can enter the Top of Climb OAT as you have the knowledge of this value. (Classic / perf init page). After the 10.50 release, it will manage the turbulence, and probably the troposphere as there are 2 new datarefs for that. Over oceans, FSRGW create virtual weather stations (interpolate weather between 2 very distant stations). Some pictures in French, but English and Deutch are available. FSRGW is friend with the Sundog's plugins. But, it's not free. Quote
