Thanks! AP is on. So maps and other stuff should be working. Only charts are not. I have to check on my side then.

Bought this Airplane today. As I understand, with this map issue, it is also not possible to put in any route? AP is also not working, correct? Thanks.

Thank you John, works like a charm now.

Hello, I understand that VR in X-Plane is still beta. If I enable TerraMaxx Plugin there is only a black screen instead of the cockpit. Any Ideas? Using HTC Vive. Thanks. Regards, Patrick

Just in case. Have you tried a flight without any overclocking applied? I had once this issue with one of my overclocked systems. BR Patrick Gesendet von meinem Mobile

Asus 970 strix runs perfectly for me and a friend of mine. We are using win 8.1 with latest driver and 4790k cpu. The cpu must be strong enough for a 9xx gfx fard.<br />

Sorry for my short yes. I was not mentioning that I am only using osm data from simheaven and not photo textures.

Hi there, just downloaded and installed Nvidia driver 337.81 from here and red lines are gone. As this are beta drivers use it at your own risk. So far the beta driver is stable and at the same performance level as the actual one. Best Regards Patrick

Inside the script folder of fly with lua you have to remove the sample scripts. Just make sure that only scripts you want are inside this folder. Tapatalked by Patrick on Galaxy

Hi James, this is only a quick info about my experience with the Titan. More to come if I have the time. The Titan is a beast and you can run HDR 4xSSAA+FXAA without any issues. I tested it at KSEA with B777 1.4 on X-Plane 10.20 64bit. GPU was running at 80-95% load and used 4,3 GB VRAM. Shadows at medium, water reflection at default, resolution 2560*1440. BUT! I also got a new issue. My CPU (3770K@4.9GHZ) was now the bottleneck. So I bought a new x79 mobo with 3930K which let me now fly with my preferred settings. At KSEA I still get "only" 22 FPS but as soon as I let the Airport behind my FPS are shooting through the roof. Thats not much Infos I know but I have to find the sweet spot and report back. I can clearly say, that if you not plan also to upgrade your mobo, CPU and memory you should buy the GTX680 4GB because Titan needs a very fast environment. Even faster than my current system. Best! Patrick

Two things "forced" me to order the titan. My current GPU is a GTX680 with 2GB. Resolution is 2560*1440. 1. The GTX680 most of the time uses 95-100% of its GPU ressources 2. VRAM of 2GB is not enough to use a good amount of all eye candy settings Hence if I buy a GTX680 with 4GB the clock speed is still the same and I also plan to use 4 monitors in the near future.

Thats the perfect GPU for X-Plane, I guess... Will buy one as soon as they are available and report here.. Edit: Just ordered the Asus card Patrick
