  1. Haha, my instructor has a saying "You don't get in one of these...you put it on"

From a post Heinz made today. Not a given price, but "much higher than my other planes" means it will be fairly upwards of 15-20 dollars. Not sure how much "much higher" is, but I'll guess we'll find out in a week.
  3. I think I have the same itch you have Jason
  4. I've been waiting so long for this one I love bizjets! Glad to see it's coming around, outstanding work
  5. Thanks for this I was really confused before. This will be of much help
  6. Looks fantastic! If we get the chance to request liveries, I'd like to request this one, the 150 that I fly
  7. That depends on how much work I want to do on it. If I do finish it up, it'll eventually have one.
  8. I did a simple model of a T-45 awhile back, maybe I can finish it up.
  9. Over 100 liveries and a complete object model
  10. I hate to be the one who asks this, but any progress?
  11. To add to Alex's comment about the normal maps. Here's why it's the case on Dan's plane. One of the main spots I see it is the landing gear, the main surface being that somewhat triangular one that sits front and center on the nose gear. Well, it's not really a surprise, but here's how it's mapped. Just map it from the front, texturing will look the same, and we won't have to call Terminex to get all the ants off Dan's plane
  12. Looking really great
  13. Looks beautiful!
  14. I meant that he could implement if for his plane
  15. What I did as a work around to the workaround is just add a little line of code that basically made it such that when you turned off engine 1, it turned of engines 1 AND 3 such that you get both the rocket and the real engine. It's really simple and would solve problems like yours Kesomir.
  16. I still can't figure out the AP...I've had it for a month or so now and I still can't get it!!! Anyone want to explain it to me
  17. Looking really really nice This plane has a weird look to it, and I love it! It just doesn't look like your typical "airliner". It's got these rather wide wings that are quite skinny as well as a fuselage that doesn't look that big in diameter. And the 7 bladed prop to boot Anyway, I really like it Also, you've been saying "we" a lot when referring to what needs to be done. Is there a "we" or is it still just you?
  18. I like my planes dirty and run down I say keep it!
  19. For those of you who don't visit the .org, I've been building a Trident Trigull for a little bit now at the request of "Arrowhead" one of the .org mods. Here's some pictures of how the model stands right now. It will feature full 3D instruments like the Falco, BK117, Javier's Mentor, and Goran's Sundowner. It will be freeware of course No sense in competing with the Seabee. Plus, I don't really want to do all that much work on it.
  20. Awesome, thanks Can't wait to see it flying my X-Plane skies. Anyone know if there is one for FSEconomy?

Whoa! The two look barely similar! Just the color and the displays look alike. You would think that if it really is licensed by Boeing that it would at least be recognizable as a 787 from the inside and that they would have provided him with some panel diagrams. At least if you believe what Nicolas said here: http://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?showtopic=44897&view=findpost&p=496023
  22. Lookin' awesome Gotta love those full 3D instruments! How did you animate your altitude gauge? I've been working on my Trident Trigull which will have full 3D instruments and I'm having some problems getting it right. Any chance you could tell me?

  24. Looking really nice Goran I'm loving the 3D gauges, and Theo's texture work is fantastic

Agreed. Who flies from the cabin anyway? While it is fun to look out the window like a passenger upon landing, a simple window hole does that. He would be smart, like you said, to give two versions, one with cabin and one without. Or just one version with some instructions on how to remove the cabin if your computer is slow.
