Yes your right I understand how that works, I was talking about the FD/AP lateral mode annunciator, isn't this supposed to change based on the NAV source that is active?

Just noticed on a current flight that when I switched from NAV S L to NAV S R the PFD indicates VOR 1 (in green) is active and in fact it tracking VOR 2 Can someone confirm this? Thanks

I was reinstalling the Saab when I got these errors but it's solved now, I re-downloaded a new installer tonight and everything installed without errors. I guess my original installer caused some conflicts. Thanks Paul

Thanks for the update! Really looking forward to the flight tutorial a much needed document for this complex aircraft. The wait is worth it so take your time I know we will all be flying soon

This is what I do: 1. assign an x-plane key to load a flight plan 2. press your custom key which brings up a popup window that lists all of your flight plans, pick one and now the entire route is loaded in the 430 3. Switch to GPS on the 430 and select NAV on the autopilot. Hope this helps
