  1. My thoughts are your anti-virus has blocked the DRM plugin or the Systems plugin. Please provide a Log.txt
  2. Two anti-virus products at once? That's generally considered a BAD IDEA. But it's your PC. For ease, the whole of X-Plane, at your own risk of course.
  3. I've heard that it happens. Defender isn't always reliable in its reporting. What was the exclusion you added exactly? (Screenshot?)
  4. I think I'm going to need to see a video of an approach to fully understand.
  5. Before anyone asks there’s nothing in 12.1.4 either. We wait, and wait…
  6. The product installer provides it.
  7. Please post screenshot(s) and Log.txt from X-Plane.
  8. Add an exclusion for the directory to your system's anti-virus/anti-malware protection.
  9. I suspected as much. There are simply not enough pixels on your monitor to display the cockpit with enough detail while the camera is in the normal seated position. To be clear this is an X-Plane 12 issue, not a CL650 issue. (I can explain why if you would like.) I would suggest your new PC deserves a new monitor, at least 1440px in height, or 2160px (4K) even better. However, there is one known software "fix" available to you as you have an Nvidia GPU, and that is DLDSR: https://www.techspot.com/guides/2428-dldsr-vs-dlss/. Once a higher resolution is made available on the system with NVCP (or maybe in the new Nvidia App?), then it can be selected from the dropdown in X-Plane as you've shown above.
  10. What resolution is your monitor?

  12. I would check for open circuit breakers. And also ask for screenshots of the overhead, and a copy of Log.txt from X-Plane. P.S. There's probably a lot more going on but you've hidden then messages behind the "MSGS" flag.
  13. As a community member also, I'm not aware of one either. I am not aware of a way to disable this function unfortunately. Just to be clear, this forum isn't official "customer support" for X-Aviation products, the only way to open a "ticket" is via https://support.x-aviation.com/. Thanks, it does help keep things organized. However, you did exclude some useful information, such as the use of a Steam Deck. As a community member who just likes helping others, not speaking for the developer, just going to state some facts: The latest version of TBM 900 is 4 years since release The latest version of X-Plane 11 is over 3.5 years since release, and as far as I know is considered End-of-Life (will never be updated) by Laminar Research The Steam Deck post-dates both of these by at least 9 months, and the OS is presumably much more up to date with regards to drivers, etc. The Steam Deck hardware and software is quite custom (inc. the CPU, GPU, OS, etc.) and would be required to do proper troubleshooting (which I don't have unfortunately) It's quite possible that AMD and/or Valve (or the open source code they rely on) have broken the sophisticated OpenGL rendering that X-Plane 11 and the TBM relies upon at some point in the last 3+ years. I'm disappointed to hear it's not working for a subset of Linux users because I know there are few addons of the TBM's caliber that support that platform. If there's a way to change GPU drivers used by SteamOS then that might be worth trying? I'm personally not familiar with the Steam Deck, or using X-Plane or AMD GPUs on Linux, sorry. The reality is the Hot Start are actively updating the TBM product to support X-Plane 12 (support for 11 will be dropped as far as I understand it), and to bring it up to a better standard for 2025 for visuals, features, etc. As stated on the product page at time of purchase that update will be free when available. I can't say when that'll be, nobody really knows yet. Having said that, if I come across any ideas from the community or otherwise to resolve or workaround the issue I will pass them on. Sorry I can't be of more assistance, maybe someone else can be.
  14. OBS Studio is free and lots of tutorials online.
  15. If you can provide a video of your approach(es) that would make helping easier.
  16. Are you referring to the Before Landing "Flaps ... Set" call out? Any other call outs?
  17. I don’t think they’re giving dates right now
  18. Can you provide screenshots of some examples, please?
  19. More info
  20. The unappealing alternative is to purchase X-Plane 12 direct from LR. (Maybe they'd offer a coupon/discount if you speak to Support as this is their technical issue?)
  21. That complicates things, unfortunately. LR have not been able to resolve this issue between themselves, Valve, and AMD, in almost 2 years. More details: https://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/forums/topic/284304-x-plane-amd-zink-what-you-should-know/#comment-2514942 This may be something you have to reach out to LR support for. I'm not sure how to force Zink to be enabled. They may have a better workaround than what's mentioned here: https://forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/forums/topic/284304-x-plane-amd-zink-what-you-should-know/&page=7#comment-2517682 A user of our Discord said this:
  22. Please provide Log.txt from X-Plane, and if possible a high quality video of the issue, including views of overhead, etc., in case there's a problem with your procedures. Thanks.
