From my experince with X-Grinder, the target file is in the same directory as the source file when you drag-and-drop stuff. (OBJ7->OBJ8, PNG->DDS, etc.) Not there I assume? - Ck.

...And youve googled "KCGX Meigs" and found the thousands of images of Meigs Field available, and many from existing flightsims? =) What do you mean then by 'resources'? I think there's many XP and FSX objects available too if you want to import 3D models of all the buildings. Note: KCGX Meigs Field Chicago is probably one of the most modeled airfields in all of Flight Simulation. (since it was the default field since SubLogic FlightSimulator-II onthe Amiga in 1995!) Please define what you have not been able to find, and that will help us; help you. - CK.

It doesnt matter what airport someone does, remlap always asks for Luton. =) Paraphrasing.... "The Most Important Airport in the World!!! I Cant believe Nobody's Done Luton! Who Cares about those backwater places like Chicago, New York, Sydney, Frankfurt, Gatwick, etc =)" =P - CK.

HI Wycliffe! Welcome to X-Pilot.! Thanks for the kudos. Yeah - we like to challenge ourselves. We had a steep learning curve since the beginning of this year when we all (collectively) started dabbling in WED. This is the third Airport we've done, and each time we learn new tips and tricks and build our knowledge. Doesnt take long once you've done a small-ish airport and tried to add all these features into them. Ropeless started with YSCN, I did NZCH first. Seth has done KPDX. We then collectively worked on YSSY together as our first collaborative effort, and you can see the end result of that. =) This time, we decided beforehand to concentrate and target a specific airport, and set our collective sights on YPAD in August. The results are starting to speak for themselves. Again, this is a cast of characters all working collaboratively, so don't be discouraged in your EGFF on your first attempt. Consider it a learning excercise for your NEXT Airport =) The cast so far: (i.e. the dicplines and how we're sharing the workload): Ropeless - Orthophoto Guru, ATC Taxi Flow master, and Photoshopping machine. SkyFlyer - Photoshopping, 3D Signage and Modelling, as well as our local "man on the ground" with a nice telephoto zoom camera to get real-world shots. Sethesus - 3D Modeller and Johnny-on-the-spot for custom objects. Give him a Photo - a 3D Object pops out the other end. =) Chris K - WED Addict, Taxiway paver, scenery assembler, gardener. Use WED to move them, not the built-in X-Plane 'local map' to move your plane. (thats not WED) =) I have included the earth.wed.xml file in the latest release - feel free to move some of the gate startup locations using WED 1.2b1 - Ck.

Lock referesh rate to the monitor? forces it to be an even multiple of 60, or a power-by-2-divisor.

Thanks Mateus and the rest of ya! Aw shucks, you guys remembered (and/or the portal software remembered, hehe). Apologies for the late thank-you reply; and I hope this is the right venue for this. Just wanted to mention that for the time being Ive decided to take a break from everything X-Plane for the next little while. As you can see from the "quickness" of my response.., my interest/participation in all things X-Plane-ish has waned in the past month. As mentioned to a few of you elsewhere, between work and home life, Ive had little to no spare time these days to the pursuit of hobbies.... But I HIGHLY appreciate all the Doritos!!! =) So, that being said, I will not be as active as before for the next little while.
