  1. Not sure how they did it, but I have seen quite a few videos of the Saab that show normal sound. Perhaps ask these video makers how they did it.
  2. You cannot record sound using X-Planes record feature in complex 3rd party add ons. This is standard among any aircraft with complex, plug in driven sound. The alternative is to use a 3rd party recording application, such as FRAPS.
  3. If not, my wife will set my computer on fire. In all seriousness, given the current progress, most likely. But we never promise anything until we all agree it's ready to be put in the store.
  4. Starting to slowly come together. Weather radar being made from the actual doc's (with the exception of radar tilt. XP doesn't allow it). Radios are now completely accurate and will be fitted to the Saab very soon with new manipulators.
  5. Try disabling all your plug ins from within X-Plane, except Gizmo, and then see if it happens again. If not, start to enable 1 plug in at a time to find out if there is a conflict between Gizmo and any other plug in. It's definitely not the add on because I also run 64 bit XP with Windows 7 and I have no issues.

LEMAC - Station 412.3 in. %MAC is in the AOM somewhere, but that's about 4000 pages. You'll understand if I don't particularly want to dig through that. Just out of curiosity, what are you going to use this information for??
  9. Nothing other than lots of code being worked on. No time-frame yet. When it's this quiet, it means we're putting the guts into the aircraft.
  10. Vinny The inverter was there originally, but after discussions were had, we decided to take it out. The reason the cursor is still there is because I overlooked the removal of the manipulator. I'll get rid of it and have a new update out in the future. In the meantime, disregard the manipulator as it has no effect on any systems. The inverter function was taken out of the flight model.
  11. Maybe. We'd like to do one, but it's a lot of work. Let us get the Citation out first and we'll re-evaluate where we stand.
  12. No. The FMS was modeled and textured, but not included in the final package. This is for possible future development.
  13. You're not operating the CTOT correctly. You need to set the dial FIRST, and then when you're ready to take off, you engage the system by turning the switches on. Then move the power levers to the 64° position (I think that's what the figure is. It's been a while). That's when CTOT will increase power to the desired torque that you preset on the dial. There is no custom refueling option on the Saab. You refuel it using X-Planes default fuel and payload manager. For that reason, the annunciator will not light up.
  14. We did numerous tests with the pixel drag axis but we found a small issue. While moving, say, the heading indicator knob on the center console, the heading bug would skip 1 spot on the EHSI and this spot would get bigger and bigger the more often the knob was dragged back to that spot. We're not sure if this is an X-Plane bug, something to do with the code or a Blender animation issue, but we were not able to fix it after 3 weeks of attempted work-arounds.
  15. The Altitude Selector shouldn't be going that slow. Can I ask what your FOV is set to? If it's set too low, making the panel appear closer to you, then it will be slow. If it's set to a higher number, making more of the panel visible, then the numbers should move a lot faster. The values of the manipulators I set in each animation are calculated in meters across the different axes of the screen and were tested using an FOV of 75. That's why if your FOV is too low, the distance from 1 end of the screen to the other is a lot shorter than if your FOV was set to a higher number. (Hope that all makes sense)
  16. I'll let Jim reply to your radio issue. Re the VS adjuster. You'll need to look closely to see if it has been moved as it is a spring loaded adjuster. Meaning it will move, I think, about 30° either way and stop. Holding it there will continuously move the VS numbers up or down on the EADI. Letting the mouse button go will snap it back to center. The altitude selector had to be animated so as to leave enough room for people to select the altitude correctly without overshooting due to the speed of the adjustment. It's a real pain when trying to select, for example 22 000 feet and not being able to hit that number on the selector due to the speed of the numbers.
  17. Just a total shot in the dark here, but what if you disable ALL plug ins except Gizmo?
  18. Good review. Thanks for posting it! I've added it to the LES Facebook page.
  19. It's got to do with the shine that is added to objects. I added shine to the windows to make them reflect. The exterior also has it, but nowhere near as much as the glass.
  20. This is an x-plane issue. It happens somewhere else on the aircraft (but I'm not going to say where ) We spent several weeks trying to get rid of it, but it wasn't possible and we determined it was something within the sim. It's something you'll unfortunately have to put up with until Laminar address it.
  21. We don't have a timeframe for the Citation yet.
  22. Let me speak to Jim on the subject and run a few tests and I'll post back in a few hours.
  23. Please confirm which crossfeed you turned on. There are 2 of them. For a better look, I attached a diagram.
