  1. Finally! Thanks for your dedication to the product, LES! -NR
  2. Trust me, it was a compliment. -NR
  3. Good to hear you're working on this! Can't have too many Citations... -NR

    Incredible

    Looks kinda fake to me.
  5. And here we are talking about the 787 having problems... -NR
  6. Y'all are jerks. What's wrong with him asking here? Is it that hard to point him towards one? -NR
  7. Awesome trip Jim! Really nice photography. -NR
  8. Looks pretty good to me, although I'd switch out the WD Caviar Blue drive for a Caviar Black, specifically the WD1002FAEX. You'll get much better performance with it. -NR
  9. Very nice build. iBuypower always does a nice job with their systems. Also if you really wanted to, you could add a water block to the Titan and put it in the cooling loop. -NR
  10. Same issue here. Quite frustrating. -NR
  11. Certainly odd that they're just catching fire while sitting on the ramp. Maybe it has something to do with being hooked up to ground power? Who knows... -NR
  12. This is going to be really nice, eager to follow the development! -NR

    nVidia Titan

Very interesting stuff here guys. After all I've read, I agree with Ola that a Titan is good for high end games, but money would be better spent on say, a GTX780 and an i7 4770k as far as X-Plane goes. I'll probably upgrade my system to a 760 at some point. -NR
  14. Wouldn't it be hard bringing joystick and pedals along while traveling? But anyway, there arent many good gaming laptops for $900. -NR
  15. You'll get more for your money with a desktop system. -NR
  16. You should move on up to the new Haswell CPUs if you intend on the Titan performing well. Worth the extra $30 dollars. -NR
  17. They have plenty of performance improvements as well, but when it boils down to it the last gen is probably better for the money. {EDIT} - Upon looking at pricing, the Haswell is only $30 more than the 3770K so it might actually be worth it, unless the mobos are more expensive. -NR
  18. Looks really good! Good chance you already have my money. The real thing is quite impressive, I think this will be a good sell. -NR
  19. Just throwin' this out there but if you made a PC-12NG that looks as nice as this Saab, I personally think it'd sell *better* than a B1900D. -NR
  20. I'd SAY once LES releases the 340A they'll still have their work cut out for a while, specifically on the Citation and 747-series aircraft. Plus updates to existing models. I certainly don't envision them porting anything to Outerra any time soon. -NR
  21. This will be (and already is) a game changer. Thanks to the LES team for all the work they have put into this! -NR
  22. What Andy said is true. For the development environment of X-Plane to improve, we need MORE devs, not fewer. You'll be doing us a great favor just by staying with us. -NR
  23. He also seems to be using an old version of v9. -NR
  24. The CH quadrant is the best for the money. -NR
  25. It'll likely be a bit like the CRJ, slow for the first few times and then it will get quicker as you learn and get comfortable with it. -NR
