  1. it's incredible!
  2. What a huge disappointment...a DC-6! !!! But at the same time, it has been announced that we did not have to expect a 737NG or something like that. So i guess that we had to expect such an old prop-aircraft. I first thought i would never purchase it but now i think that i iwill brake this rule and purchase it. THe main goal is to support PMDG to invest in the futur of X-Plane. And i hope the next aircrafts will be the "right" ones
  3. Great great great! A little question about the navigation-precision: will this B733 be capable of RNAV/LNAV approaches as well? Can it perform for example 0.3 RNP operations? Or even 0.15? http://www.boeing.com/commercial/aeromagazine/aero_12/navigation_alaska.html
  4. Yeah really amazing! Thanks a lot for this great video! It seems it needs a lot of knowledge to recover from such a failure, doesn't it? I mean it is not extermely complicated when you know it, but do someone know if there is a document where all these failures (and the way we have to recover them) are explained? I dont think IXEG is going to make such a video of every failure that can happen
  5. Once again: fantastic! Thanks guys for showing us the videos and pictures
  6. Yes, amazing!
  7. Really fantastic!
  8. really nice! I just purchased it ;-)
  9. The pictures of the cockpit remembers me X-Plane 7-8...as we already had a DC-10-serie.
  10. Amazing! Beautiful paints!
  11. That really would be a big joke if they would do such kind of old aircrafts...i wont be a customer for that.
  12. Ok, thanks but i had both buses ON and failures disable...
  13. Hi I had somtehing strange, look at the picture below. The NAV1 doesn't work but the NAV2 does. How can it be? Thanks for help and cheers François
  14. really nice! Thanks in advance for your work...
  15. Yes the NOAA-plugin works very well and the winds accurate. But the upper winds from EFASS are completely wrong.
  16. Hey guys, just to let you know that the winds are completely wrong when using EFASS. At least the upper winds. I informed the support already but never had any answer. Just compare the real wind charts with the ones you get in EFASS and you will see
  17. Fantastic! Thanks a lot for your work!
  18. Wuaw! That are great news and I am looking forward to this great feature in SkyMaxx!
  19. beautiful!
  20. Wuah! Really great! I am missing so long a good LLBG-scenery, that's why i never flew to Tel Aviv until yet...the scenery looks really amazing!
  21. Thanks for your answer! I'm not sure about how to change this value. I suppose i can make it in Plane-Maker? Won't i break something else by doing that (since it is a complex aircraft) ?
  22. Hi I'm having problems with the take-off power as well. When i take off near MTOW, i put the CTOT to about 105 and push the throttles to > 65% until CTOT takes over the torque to a higher number. But the plane then has a very low acceleration after 60-70 kts and the speed is increasing very slowly after that speed. The result is that i need around 2'200-2'400m of RWY to take off with flaps 15. And i must say that i have a normal joystick, not a CH quadrant. Is this normal or do i'm doing something wrong? I go each time through all checklist before taking off... I would appreciate any help. Thanks and cheers François
  23. OK...i understand. So that would be the empty weight (ZFW is something else). Thanks very much!
  24. Hi Cameron I have a question: i've found the weight-datas of the aircraft (to use in the PFPX-Flightplanner) in the documentation, except the empty weight. But on Airliners.net i could found that the operating empty weight is about 17'215 lbs. The problem is: when i go into the "weight&fuel"-menu in X-Plane itself and set the fuel and the load to zero, the empty weight is shown by only 12'655 lbs (!). So there is a huge difference of more than 50%, causing problems during loading the needed fuel and load (i have to put much more load to reach the given Take-off-weight calculated with PFPX). Perhaps i'm doing something wrong.... Thanks for your help. Cheers Franz
