Nice interview. Strange that I'm doing something completely different to make a living compared to Javier, however, I really share those frustrations. I know there are lots of people "out there" who respect, appreciate or even really like very much what my team and I do - we're succesful. However, the majority of people speaking up and loud are the nay-sayers, complainers, childish..... Over time, you learn to cope with that. On the other hand, of course there also are the positive feedbacks, keeping the wheels spinning and ourselves motivated. Las but not least it is also a question on what you focus at: We actively do focus on critizism, because we take it serious and want to improve as much as is possible. Maybe that's why the good feedback too often gets taken for granted and "vanishes" in ones eyes. In regards to the CRJ, I think there are much more positive comments out there than negative ones.
