  1. Please attach the Log.txt file from a crash.
  2. That's fine. The licensing is per computer(OS) not per X-Plane install. You can have 10+ copies on the same machine if you want.
  3. Hi. I've sent you a private message. Cheers, Ben.
  4. Peter. You need to use the username and password that you use for the x-aviation.com store. You can reset your password here if required: https://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/password_forgotten.php Hope this solves your issue. Ben.
  5. Rebooting will loose a bunch of state data that you're probably trying to replay..... Hardly a solution. You will probably find more issues.
  6. Make sure youd AMD drivers are up to date?
  7. Plugin author is aware and will need to publish an update to work properly with 11.50+
  8. @sundog; some weird stuff going on in the logs here... any thoughts?
  9. Please post your Log.txt and GizmoLog.txt files from the X-Plane folder. This will allow us to see what version of the sim you're running, etc. This is not normal and might be a Laminar bug if you're running the 11.50beta with Vulkan or something like that. Cheers.
  10. You need to contact X-Aviation support directly to resolve this. http://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/contact_us.php? We will reply as soon as we are able and will endeavor to reply within 3 days, but usually quicker. Please do not send multiple e-mails or this will delay our response to you!
  11. debug: 316.568: No license for: (Leading Edge Simulations)(Saab 340A Published by X-Aviation)
  12. Try deleting: X-Plane \ Output \ preferences \ gizmo_prefs.txt
  13. The Log.txt file you provided shows that your system doesn't seem to have any compatible sound hardware. This may be causing some errors within Gizmo, it's certainly an unexpected condition. (The Log.txt is full of messages from Gizmo complaining about it, I'd have to audit the gizmo source code for the 18.x version to see exactly what kind of side effects its causing..) Does your system have a sound card? Do other games work with sound? :/
  14. Some minor stutter is normal but it shouldn't be "unplayable".
  15. What kind of FPS are you getting when its "lagging a lot and I can't play" ? Thanks for taking the time to answer my questions. I know you just want to enjoy the product and working through the problem can be tedious and time consuming.
  16. Your hardware is fine.. What sort of FPS values are you seeing?
  17. How old is your computer? Can you attach a copy of Log.txt from the X-Plane folder to a reply here.. There is info inside that will tell us how powerful your machine is.
  18. Please attach the Log.txt and GizmoLog.txt from the X-Plane folder.
  19. Easiest is to move: G:\Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/X-Plane 11/Resources/plugins/projectFLY To some other folder. Personally I have a folder like so: G:\Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/X-Plane 11/Resources/plugins/disabled That I can easily move plugins in / out of for testing purposes. So: 1. Create a folder called: G:\Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/X-Plane 11/Resources/plugins/disabled 2. Move this folder into the new disabled folder: G:\Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/X-Plane 11/Resources/plugins/projectFLY 3. Test If there's no change in your problems then you can easily put the PF plugin back. Hope that helps. Glad you enjoyed the blog post. Ben.
  20. http://blog.x-plugins.com/2018/09/projectfly-bridge-plugin-rewrite.html ( I don't know, or care, if the plugin above works with current versions of ProjectFly, I post it to show that I tried to help them, they didn't / don't care.)
  21. Try deleting this: Loaded: G:\Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/X-Plane 11/Resources/plugins/projectFLY/64/win.xpl (projectfly.bridge).
  22. Please post your Log.txt file to help diagnose the issue.
  23. Try changing the active windows sound playback device and see if it makes any difference. Change _away_ from your VR headset and then back to it and hopefully you'll get something useful out of the sound drivers. Click the volume control icon in the system tray (bottom right, near the clock), then click the down arrow on the RHS after "Select playback device" and you should get a list of all possible sound outputs... Let us know if it does anything...
