  1. About the reset. You cant reset when you have pushed the "Fuel Used" button. You have to wait until fuel flow is showing again before reseting. I dont know if that is intended. The manual dosent say anything specific about that.
  2. That is working.. showing how much fuel you have used. "Push"
  3. Maybe you are right. But where do you have that information ? Edit: I see this post was moved to "Acknowledged". So maybe you are right. But from the manual is says clearly that it have to contain "fix entered" in TO column.
  4. No idea. But 40:14 in the video, the preview says "X-Plane 2016"
  5. Aha.. So maybe its "bad sectors" when we have Gizmo Soft Crashes related to navadata.
  6. Ahh. Okey. I dident know that. Then Vatsim should take some initiative to develop a new client with better models. Im a true Vatsim'er, but I got the impression that some parts of Vatsim is pretty dead.
  7. Would be awesome to have a option on the cloud brightness for the next version. I like the 3.1.2 version. Realistic or not. Its very split what people prefere.
  8. What I liked to see in X-Plane is better aircraft models when flying on VATSIM, and a better weather engine and weather visual. Both are pretty bad in current state compared to P3D/FSX.
  9. Ordered my MFG Crosswind yesterday. Hope I wont be disappointed. (Im pretty sure I wont)
  10. Check the FMC, ident page i think. or the left menu that pops up when you move your mouse left on the screen.
  11. Im not impatient, but how long does this process take?
  12. Tried to do some research around this, its a interesting subject. I understand that you cant point out what other companies are doing. And maybe there is some variation around this as you mention. Would be fun to see a checklist from a company that are arming A/T in a earlier phase. But when reading the Boeing manual and one from a other company, it clearly says that arm the autothrottle when cleared for takeoff and approaching/entering the runway. So we all should listen to you Jan checklist 1: checklist 2:
  13. Ahh.. My bad, I acually heard about that in some video. Thank you. ^^
  14. I also follow that procedure with not enabling A/T before lined up on the runway. But it looks like some companies already engage it before startup, when ready for taxi or while taxing. Bad habits?
  15. Hello I had to do a go-around due to damn challenging winds. One question. When engaging TOGA I got about 87% N1, but when I engaged the autopilot the N1 increased to almost 93% N1. Normal behavior ?
  16. I also had this issue. So I can confirm this. But you should have posted this in the support section
  17. And @Litjan , you get your 15 minutes of fame at 26:15 and Tom at 32:00, showing the excelent aircraft. X-Plane "11" preview at 38:00.
  18. Hello Picked up a youtube video with X-Plane 10.50 news and preview from X-Plane "11". Pretty interesting.
  19. Hello Anyone tried this keyboard ? A bit expensive, $550 at amazon, but looking pretty awesome.
  20. Great stuff.. cant wait Thank you
  21. Hello Did you find any clever solution on this?
  22. I think that is specified by the <Sid Name="POL5R" Runways="23R"> From KJFK <Sid Name="HAPIE4" Runways="All">
  23. Did a content search in all files in SidStar folder. And got 219 hits in 41 files when searching for <Sid_Waypoint ID="1">\r\n <Name>RW I havent quality checked this result. The search requires that the next line after <Sid_Waypoint ID="1"> have 8 blank spaces before <Name> So its 41 airports that have "runway" as the first waypoint in the SID, of the 6805. So I guess I was "lucky" that found one of them ^^
  24. Does Aerosoft have this also ? Maybe both, contact the provider and get it fixed, and code a rutine, for failsafe, that remove ID="1" from a SID if the type is runway. If it is so simple <Sid Name="POL5R" Runways="23R"> <Sid_Waypoint ID="1"> <Name>RW23R</Name> <Type>Runway</Type> <Latitude>53.361319</Latitude> <Longitude>-2.259281</Longitude> <Speed>0</Speed> <Altitude>0</Altitude> <AltitudeCons>0</AltitudeCons> <AltitudeRestriction>at</AltitudeRestriction> <Flytype>Fly-by</Flytype> <BankLimit>25</BankLimit> <Sp_Turn>Auto</Sp_Turn> </Sid_Waypoint> <Sid_Waypoint ID="2"> <Name>MCT</Name> <Type>DmeIntc</Type> <Latitude>53.357025</Latitude> <Longitude>-2.262289</Longitude> <Speed>0</Speed> <Altitude>760</Altitude> <AltitudeCons>0</AltitudeCons> <AltitudeRestriction>above</AltitudeRestriction> <Hdg_Crs>0</Hdg_Crs> <Hdg_Crs_value>233</Hdg_Crs_value> <Flytype>Fly-by</Flytype> <BankLimit>25</BankLimit> <DMEtoIntercept>3.0</DMEtoIntercept> <Sp_Turn>Auto</Sp_Turn> </Sid_Waypoint>
  25. I had to do some research before I understood that one
