@Litjan i wasnt talking about crew talking to passengers, im talking about cabin crew response to pilot. Doesnt plot push button chimes in cabin, cabin crew push button that chimes in cockpit to let pilot know cabins ready.

Please correct me if i am wrong, but this may be a simple thing to add to the immersion, But before take off and landing, Pilot presses button to let Cabin know they are taking off or landing , than the Cabin crew press a button to know that the cabin is ready. Be nice if when the pilot pushes button you get a cabin response between say 15 to 45 seconds letting us know they are ready. I think that would be a first. Dont have to let us know be nice thing say for Q8 pilot to discover/

Oh I see your problem, Move mouse to left corner screen when flight loaded, IXEG pref pop up will show, change it in there, the one you are looking at has nothing to do with IXEG, it is XPLANe pref. And by the way, this method has being around for long time, though many use Tablet these days, But it does change just checked

@Tom3112 I guess the question is, have you updated the NAV data, it doesnt use XP 12 data yet. Its is from Feb 2023

I have realtek too, no issues. Do you have sound effects enabled, do you have latest drivers, from your board manufacturer.

@Deceiver try turning off hardware acceleration off on your sound card. What card isvit anyway.

@VasilisMaximos you can also use this, same format as previous - sim/aircraft/parts/acf_gear_deploy[0]:0. sim/aircraft/parts/acf_gear_deploy[1]:0. sim/aircraft/parts/acf_gear_deploy[2]:0. 0 is up 1 is down anything in between is out of pos or try this one sim/cockpit/warnings/annunciators/gear_unsafe 1 unsafe 0 is safe

Let you know there are few. Gear lever position or gear position. Gear position has one but references main l r and nose. So if any one is out it will fail.

Yes please, can you make the nav data a seperate folder like ixeg nav it overwrites the new updates we make, and I didnt realise that. That way it wont delete it either.

You have to use new updater for each update. The download window will probably hide the uninstall window, do if it doesnt look ljke installer is doing anything, move the window.
