  1. 340 Performance file for Little Nav map, its close, based on 1200FT min avg climb and 1400 FPM decent, which I find helps me slow down a little on decent. Navmap Folder should be in your documents folder. Les Saab 340A.lnmperf
  2. If you read the Panel where the Flap gauge is, flaps 1 and 15 is 175 Kts max, so yes they might break.
  3. It wont go below red line till gear has touched down throttle is synced and red line dissapears. That red line it to stop you going below flight idle inflight. It works well once you are used to it.
  4. If you check the documenation, its about right, you have to change vs as you gain altiutde,
  5. known issue if you read some posts

    Taxi Light

Hi could you please take a look at the taxi light, it barely lights the taxiway, but it light up buildings really well. may need a little down tilt. other wise I this is a really good update, pretty much flies by the numbers, fuel burn pretty close, so far did the Loop, YSSY to YBUN to YARM back to YSSY and without a hitch. Really enjoying this. Flew ILS approach nice.
  7. Cant see any window issues but nav lights glass hard to notice
  8. For me, i leave my physical prop levers at bottom. Use mouse to move levers into start position, Once engines have started I move the physical levers levers. It may well be a good idea to set a null at beginning of lever slope so they dont jitter doesnt need much.
  9. Hi. Nice update, now i need to understand operation,. Just completed flight from YSSY to YSDU and went well. A pic or 2
  10. Ok this works with Multi Panel and radio panel. Tried and tested. Course will need to be rechecked when they fix the current issue. xsaitekpanels.ini
  11. There is a version for the saab in the Xsaitek panels download link, I had to fix one item, when i confirm the one I have works ill pop it on here. So far so good.
  12. I think thats what I used to do, move the levers into position, than click the mouse to pop them in and start before lever jitters popped them out, or there could be some logic that once the levers are poped in you cant move them till engine start, but thats another problem waitng to happen.and more complication. Honestly easier to fly without them
  13. Are you using Xsaitek panels with it???
  14. Did quick take off and long flight playing with Xsaitek, so far plane looks good, Juts need to sort out the speed bug ref, i was in previous version looking at the plane speed not the bug speed as i thought, , when i point it to the bug speed dataref, teh data ref wont change . ill think on this one Sorted, was looking at wrong ref and mistook ANM for ARM. Make sure the rest of it works.
  15. Exciting, installing right now
  16. Not vram issues just pushes GPU really hard
  17. I suppose a lot is down to what people perceive as teh best hardware not knowing the limitations of the sim. The RTX cards are predominantly made for raytracing which is what Nvidia are pushing for sales. One reviewer was actually hassled by Nvidia for not playing there game, to the extent of denying them hardware to review til youtube exploded and they had to back down. I went form 1070 to RTX 2070, knowing full well I wasnt going to get huge improvements because we are still CPU limited but Volumetric clouds hammers teh GPU, so hopefully over time they with laminar will find a solution, as vulcan gets ironed out and performance improves. Its funny to watch game reviewers with 32 thread CPUS and only 10 or so doing anything.
  18. Ive never known software declared beta or not, to not be beta. There is always bugs to fix and improvements to be made at least is not costing us $80 000 to fix which it is costing our company to do a firmware upgrade, on some hardware we spent millions on.
  19. Than you as a software developer would also know that most issues get out when the software is released into the wild and on the general user machines. I simply found a way that works and will live with it till it gets better. I guess I am just old and patient.
  20. What did you expect, you could just do as I said above, its a new thing, even the guy who has being doing the freeware is struggling with performance issues, Now it is here it can get sorted, that is usually what happens when new things are tried,if Laminar are involved it will improve as they do want better weather.
  21. I just simply disabled the volumetric in the cumulus and i got my FPS back teh other volumetric clouds dont seem to cause such a great hit. Also let me push my AA back up.
  22. It may not necessarily be Skymax, you have a couple of plugins that may be the instigator. Try it without ground traffic etc
  23. Thats nice, but I never expected it to be perfect out the box, in fact the guy who is doing the freeware version of volumetric clouds is discussing how difficult it is to get right with little FPS hit. But now we have them there is opportunity for things to improve as new techniques are discovered. But I must ask GPUS have Physics engine, never discussed, can that be used to off load some of the workload from CPU.
  24. Well I found if i set the Cumulus to the standard clouds I get my FPS back the other ones seem to not cause me an issue, but its nice all the same
