Pocket Rocket Progress:

We are pleased to announce our new brand. Attitude Simulations and AFM have partnered to bring you amazing aircraft under the brand TORQUESIM. Our first aircraft is nearing completion. We still have a fair amount of work ahead but we are entering the final phases... Impulse 100 - Pocket Rocket: Features fully simulated electrical system, oxygen, LR G1000 suite with highly detailed G1000 model, in house programmed G5 avionics backup, PT6a-28 with custom tuned belly exit exhaust, accurate PT6 sounds using FMOD gathered by the team, custom weather effects including animated rain and ice on the windscreen as well as ice on the leading edge surfaces and wings that build up the longer you fly in poor icing conditions, highly detailed 3d exterior model, interior and full use of PBR materials. An official list of everything will be released before it hits the store. Stay tuned! After the Pocket Rocket we have some exciting things in store! I have recently traveled to Salt Lake City, Utah to meet with the legendary Mike Patey. I collected an awesome amount of data on his Wilga 2000, DRACO! As well as his 380 kt Lancair Legacy...TURBULENCE! We hope you are as excited as we are! Here are a few pictures I took to keep you on your toes!

Ok, so I went out and bought a 1080 to see how KTTF runs on the gpu. I made this airport for the next gen simulation hardware. It will run just fine on my 680 with mid level range settings in x plane, with the 1080 we usually want to boost the slider all the way right but since there are 100's and 100'd of custom objects and very dense trees it takes a big hit with full right sliders. I got my best run with AA 2 sliders down from what you have now and reflections all the way left. Try that and let me know If it improves. You will need to restart x plane after you change these settings.

I have been running KTTF without any issues on my old gtx 680 classified with an i7 7700k...This scenery is very close to Detroit with it's incredible amount of autogen. I would recommend turning down world objects a notch and bumping down you AA a notch. My tester is getting 50fps+ consistently with your exact settings. If you would like me to look more into this matter please send me a pm and we can get to work on solving this issue. -Steve

Everything I have working is for x plane 11. KTTF was never tested on x plane 10. PBR is implemented and the pack was designed for x plane 11 only.

USA Jet Airlines Fictitious livery v1.0 View File Based in Ypsilanti, MI I present you with a fictitious livery for the real USA Jet Airlines. They are the largest operator in the world of McDonnell Douglas DC-9 and also fly the seasoned Dassault Falcon 20. They do not own any 737's but I imagine in the near future they might pick one or two up for on demand charters. Enjoy this livery! I would love to see more 737's over at Willow Run. KTTF is demanding but can be run on mid level systems very smoothly. I'm curious as to what aircraft you are flying...Same one for all of your tests or multiple? Ortho4xp for the entire area? screenshot of your settings would be helpful. You have a pretty good machine, much better than my old beater. I get very good performance and am wondering where the hold up is. A log txt would be helpful as well. Thanks and hope to get you running smoothly soon!

Thanks Rodtod11! Flights along the coast down to KPCW and KBKL are usually what I do most. Stock scenery looks really good down there! Especially at Burke County in Cleveland. Thanks for enjoying! Cheers~~

DTW is our flagship for sure ....I have thought about Duluth, it would be a great place for Cirrus pilots in the sim! Can't make any promises but If the support we get from the community meets our goals then we will definitely consider it. Requests are great! I would love to fill in the entire region and have fun places to fly everywhere!!

Attitude Simulations is based in Ann Arbor and our other artists are out West in Twenty Nine Palms, CA and San Antonio, TX. Come get fuel from me at Solo, KARB, once you get your ppl. Detroit will have most of the river taken care of but being so big I probably won't include DET. KMCD definitely as well is WIP as you can see below...

Hey Karl. Windsock is working for me. Dumb question, but did you have any wind? That might be an issue hehehe. I might consider the option for a reduced quality package but I'm not too sure right now. As of png to dds...I am very aware of the benefits of the dds filetype in x plane and with 296 textures in dds format and only 30 in png (and yes for a reason ) I am not sure If that would be considered alot, lol. Definitely not 1GB worth. Let me see how things go for now. If the demand is high enough for lower quality download I will make it happen. Just curious, where is your reflections slider at? Where is your object density slider at? Textures slider? Detroit with 100,000+ objects is 20 miles to the North, it has a BIG impact on the system. Thanks for your support, talk with you soon. Reflections are a big hitter usually. This scenery is super dense so it will take some playing around depending on your system. I get about 36 on my mediocre system. I will post my settings later so people can start around there and work forward If they are having troubles. Thank you for the support!

Is it not installing or error when running xplane?

Detroit Skyline coming with DTW package. It definitely is IMC today....that freezing rain this morning was rough.
