Having consulted with Laminar and with @Coop after seeing the data in the submission to Laminar, it doesn't appear this crash belongs to us. I suspect Laminar will be on it at some point. EDIT: After speaking more to Laminar it seems both of us had a bug contributing to this. We are fixing our side, and they'll be fixing theirs.

It is useless to me without the UUID's of the previous upload(s). Your actual user info is not submitted, so I cannot reference anything.

--=={This application has crashed!}==-- --=={FILE: C:\X-Plane 12\Log_ATC.txt}==-- --=={UUID: 3521f83b-f63b-41fb-ac6d-b4ef4ad49703}==-- user canceled uploading the crash report X-Plane displays these messages when it thinks the sim itself crashed, and not a third party plugin. Therefore, we can't read much into it. Additionally, you cancelled the crash report upload, so we cannot coordinate with Laminar to see who really is to blame.

The SF50 has a G3000 with Perspective Touch+. The question here was about Perspective Plus. Nothing has changed on that front.

Will the 737-300 ever be updated on a regular basis?
Cameron replied to PatMaweni's topic in General Discussion
He wasn't talking to you. You're not a customer of the 737 Classic Plus. To those that are, yes, FREE. You can attempt to label years past as abandoned, but even those years from 2016 and on saw many free updates, including through the X-Plane 10 to 11 transition. -
Any news, please? July 2024.

macOS: Version 10.14.5 (Build 18F132) This is very likely the issue. It's 5 years old, and Apple doesn't really have a great track record of people using older OS's that are more than 2 years old.

Please consider using the search function next time.

Gizmo is not installed. You'll need to re-run the TBM installer and make sure it's installed. Perhaps an anti-virus deleted it last time?

Please considering searching in the forums next time:

Disabling that should solve it. -

Do you have Zink enabled in the X-Plane rendering settings? -
It's not a plugin. It's a setting in the X-Plane rendering settings.
-
It would seem that's the exception and not the common rule. That's the first SR20 I've ever seen without them. Either way, the answer above is still the reality. There are no plans to make that an option.

Hot Start Challanger 650 crashes on Xplane 12.1
Cameron replied to TomaszS's topic in Technical Support
https://github.com/skiselkov/opengpws/releases/tag/v0.4 Grab OpenGPWS.zip from under the "Assets" and unpack it inside the airplane under the plugins folder, replacing the old one that's there. -
No, the wheel pants cannot be removed. In real life it does have them: https://www.airliners.net/search?aircraft=16943&display=detail There are no plans to change that or make it an option. The retail variant of the SR20 will not see a G6 option. We only offer this to commercial license purchases in conjunction with the appropriate RealSimGear Perspective+ hardware.

This is not the same issue. You have permission issues you need to sort out. As the error states, the installer is unable to write files. Having X-Plane or any apps live in the Users folder can cause issues on a Mac.
-
Can you provide a video of this since you've decided to join the topic? We haven't seen or had this widely reported before.

You don't need to ask. One will be posted when there is one, I assure you.

I'm pretty certain XPRealistic does have a serial key. You should contact whichever company you bought it from in order to obtain the key you need to enter in case you don't have it saved.

@gemster18 I understand your frustration regarding the TBM 900 not yet being updated for X-Plane 12 compatibility while other aircraft, like the IXEG 737-300, have already been updated. The teams that work on these products are different people. As has been previously mentioned here, the TBM team (Hot Start) is actively working on a TBM update that has proved to be a major challenge, and ultimately a big re-work of how the product is done. Each aircraft presents unique challenges during the update process, and our goal is to deliver a stable and high-quality product that meets our standards and your expectations. We appreciate your patience as we continue to work on the X-Plane 12 TBM 900 version. We value your feedback and are committed to providing the best possible experience for our customers.
