  1. Hi, Aerot, First off, thanks for specifying right off the bat where you purchased from, and welcome to the X-Pilot community! Hopefully we'll see more of you here in the future! With regards to your support... As Kaphias has shown, traditionally we only give support to the X-Aviation sold version of the CRJ in this specific part of the forums. The primary reason for this is due to the fact that the installer platforms for the CRJ sold on X-Plane.org vs. the one sold on X-Aviation.com are drastically different and I'm not familiarized with the actual installer the X-Plane.org store sells. I would love to help you more here, and certainly would if I were more in tune to know what was up, but I do not wish to point you in a bad direction. I do know that Javier and Philipp are here to support as well, and Philipp IS the developer of the installer for X-Plane.org, so perhaps he can help on this one. I will flag this topic for him! Thanks for taking the time to register and visit us in the first place! Best, Cameron

  3. It certainly is a beautiful piece of work, and I myself have considered purchasing it. It's been on my eye for a while. Hats off to dden for a job well done!
  4. To followup on this: X-Aviation is receiving a ton of support requests via e-mail from customers who have purchased from X-Plane.org. As much as we'd love to assist you, we cannot. As stated above, the installer platforms are different, and X-Aviation is dedicated to its own customer base. If you'd like to receive the usually fast and friendly support of X-Aviation, please purchase from there. Thanks so much for everyone's continued enthusiasm throughout this project's release! It surely has been incredible.

  6. Not present. See the following as to future updates: http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?topic=2878.msg27058#msg27058
  7. Seen the MSFS world lately?
  8. I'd like to meet those people you're talking to. The hundreds of e-mails I have with customers call it Take Command. We must be from different planets.
  9. Hi, there... Go back to the init screen and enter your airport position again. This should clear out all previous waypoints.
  10. And with all of that, this topic has run its necessary course. My official response to this is here: http://forums.x-pilot.com/index.php?topic=2861.msg26878#msg26878 Branden and Will, Tom has valid statements as far as I can tell. I never said otherwise, and if you read my post carefully you'd get that. Here's to X-Plane's continued success!
  11. Ahhhh...the breeze is coming and the overcast skies are about to be cleared... First off, to end speculation: X-Aviation and the developers involved with this product came to an agreement PRIOR to the product ever going on sale to have this plane on the org. So, just to get that out there, this has nothing to do with sales figures on XA being dismal or not to satisfaction. In fact, I think any distributor who takes this product on will be hard pressed to reach the numbers X-Aviation has or will have as time goes on, so lets put that rumor to rest. Regardless of how our contract was spelled out or how it was dealt with up to this point, I'll say it again: this product was always intended for the org and another unsaid outlet at about this stage in the game. I knew of it. Okay, now that the "fun" stuff is out of the way, on to my usual response technique: This couldn't be farther from the truth. Sales have been astounding (thanks all who purchased or who will purchase!). As stated above, this was planned. XA doesn't wish anything, and this goes to show your misinformation or bad assumptions on our position in the payware market as a distributor. Given talks with plenty of developers, we tend to be equal as well as higher in sales volume than that of other products on the org and other venues. There have been numerous developers who have requested to sell on XA of which are currently on the org. The products pitched to X-Aviation did not meet the standard we set out for, and as such were not accepted into the catalog. This is not to say a product is "crap." It is to say that we continue to seek the best and continue an upward trend with a good standard. It's really as simple as that. For the sake of the community I hope so as well! It actually speaks very little, Will. You do not know to which degree anything was broken, or what implications it entails. As stated, this product was certainly planned and slated to end up where it has and other places with agreement by myself prior to the product ever going on sale. Your assumptions are jumping too far. Overall, there is one mission here, folks: To bring the quality bar of X-Plane and the perception it has to the outside MSFS users to a new level. I think we're accomplishing that. Together.
  12. All X-Aviation products use the same version of Gizmo. The Corvalis, Falco, CRJ-200, etc...it's all the same. The only stipulation here is that you must be running version 1.3 of the Corvalis (the latest update) in order for all of these products to co-exist together. If you'd like to post your log.txt file I may be able to help further. Please ensure that the log you post is after you've opened the C400 in sim.
  13. That is the culprit. The system mentioned above is way too underpowered, sorry to say.

    Chek Lap Kok!!!

Hey, Ruyjo, Thanks for sharing! Please keep us informed with any future videos you produce, and welcome to X-Pilot!
  15. Looking great, Ola!
  16. You're better off asking this at the official forum on the org.
  17. The problem here is that you have not unzipped the installer. You are running the installer from within a zip file, which will not work. Please extract the zip file and then run the installer after the extraction of the zip is completed.
  18. It is infact included. Somewhere along the lines you have something wrong with the CRJ install. Please re-install the CRJ.
  19. As this is solved, topic closed.
  20. Tyson, Please do the following: 1. Run the CRJ Uninstaller located in your main X-Plane folder. 2. Re-Download the CRJ, or do a fresh unzip of the CRJ 3. Run the CRJ installer. Please ensure you use the little folder icon in the installer to select your X-Plane folder and not type in the name of the X-Plane folder. There have been a few Mac users who have typed the name of X-Plane, but not the path. The folder icon will ensure the real path to your X-Plane folder is input into the text field. 4. Open X-Plane. 5. Open the CRJ. If installed correctly, your CRJ will be located in your Aircraft/X-Aviation/CRJ-200 folder.
  21. Tyson, Please see my last post above yours....
  22. Hi, Tyson, It sounds as though maybe you proceeded through the install a bit too fast when it was completed. After install it informs you that the aircraft is installed to: X-Plane/Aircraft/X-Aviation/CRJ-200 There is no need to drag any files from the unzipped download. The installer will do EVERYTHING for you.
  23. A default aircraft with default systems. Makes sense to me. When you buy X-Plane 10 you get the plane for free (don't even need to do that...could download the demo and you'd get it free then as well)!
  24. Hi, Tyson, This appears to be a faulty install on your part. Did you actually RUN the installer? It appears you have not. By the looks of it, it seems you may have just unzipped the file you downloaded and moved it to the X-Plane directory, when what you should have done is ran the installer after unzipping your download.
