  1. Please tell what kind of GPU and CPU are in this machine.
  2. 1.4.5 is not going to work. You need 1.5.3 for XP 10. Just send in a quick support ticket.
  3. I also have Yosemite with X-Plane and have no issues running X-Plane 10. After speaking with Supnik, this issue ONLY happens with people running in 10-bit mode on their monitors.
  4. Well, no "free" way out, no. Especially for X-Plane 9 it appears. It is slightly baffling that the other plug-ins work okay on Mavericks, but I think what is going on here is the CRJ needs some libraries that don't appear to be available any longer in 32-bit format for Mavericks. Your option to "fix" this is to actually upgrade to X-Plane 10. Personally, I think you'll enjoy XP 10 MUCH more than 9, but it's not free. This is a very unique predicament you are in, Norkypoint. I don't want you to be stuck with a piece of software you can't use, so if you do not want to upgrade to X-Plane 10 and use the CRJ there (it will work), then please contact our support with the support ticket system and I'll make sure you get refunded for your purchase. Wish I could offer more here!
  5. Yosemite and Mavericks are the same result I should say. It appears you are already on Mavericks.
  6. Jode, Yep, now that makes sense! Your OS is the source of the problem here, Norky. In that case you'll need XP10 with Yosemite as your OS.
  7. What are the specs of this computer?
  8. 1.4.5 is 32-bit only. It works in XP 9.
  9. This is an issue where draw order cannot be set by plugins. The X-Plane SDK simply doesn't allow it, so for now this artifact is out of our control and this type of issue has been around since version 1.0 (and prior).
  10. It sounds to me like perhaps the prompt to uninstall your old version is getting hidden behind the current installer window or something. Can you move the installer window to somewhere else on the screen and see if a popup window is somehow getting hidden to uninstall the previous? Best Regards,Cameron
  11. I am not about to get into some kind of back and forth about this. You are receiving support here, and you have received responses in all of your support tickets. That's very easy to show. That said, you opening a bunch of new support tickets on the daily with no dialog except a copied and pasted log file does nothing for either of us. I would propose you quit arguing and begin trying to figure things out when others try to help, myself included. You have an issue on your machine that I cannot ever recall seeing. You'll need to help and use trial and error to figure out why your plugin is showing disabled on your machine. Are you able to select the checkbox and turn it on yourself?
  12. I don't know what you're talking about. Every support ticket of yours has been responded to except for the mass of log.txt files you send in every day with NO other words from yourself. There seems to be a language barrier there. I didn't ask you to do that.
  13. Something is not right here if you say your CRJ plugin is not loaded in the plug-in admin. It sounds like you have some kind of a weird conflict going. Remove the following temporarily and see what happens after doing so: Loaded: Macintosh HD:Users:giuliobernardini:Documents:X-Plane 9:Resources:plugins:FJCC_UFMC_mac.xpl.SimplePushback 0.6 beta 4: StartedLoaded: Macintosh HD:Users:giuliobernardini:Documents:X-Plane 9:Resources:plugins:SimplePushback.xpl.Loaded: Macintosh HD:Users:giuliobernardini:Documents:X-Plane 9:Resources:plugins:AutoGate:mac.xpl.
  14. Where did you buy the set from?
  15. This looks outstanding, Peter. Hats off on a job well done to you and your team!
  16. Reinstall the MU2.
  17. Very weird! Can you tell us a little more about your system (CPU, GPU, OS, etc), as well as post your log.txt for good measure? Thanks!
  18. It just hasn't been, but it definitely needs to be. Expect some changes forthcoming.
  19. A whole thread to answer your questions!
  20. It's an installer. Run it!

  23. Glad to hear it's resolved!
