  1. Create a view preset Hans.
  2. And the GizmoLog?
  3. Nothing of concern. Install away.
  4. Nice job, Colin!
  5. Thanks for your patience. Support tickets are answered in the order received.
  6. Sounds like a bad video cards or drivers.
  7. I believe the 777 utilizes custom engine sounds, so SoundMaxx will not interfere or change these. That said, any sounds that ARE default within the aircraft (perhaps wind, click sounds, tires, etc) will be upgraded if they are not custom. Additionally, ambient sounds will be present no matter what. In short, SoundMaxx does much more than just work with default aircraft!
  8. And here's where we ask ourselves a question...do we want to sell to Mr. Knudsen, or na...decisions, decisions. When it comes to add-ons (or maybe X-Plane even), you are insatiable, Tom. And that's without questions answered, regardless of whether the answers are positive or not.
  9. Provided the installers actually contain them, Philipp. In this instance, that was more the question. Our installers do not dump this directory in this folder as explained by Colin.
  10. I don't really know what you're asking about... Just looks like a bunch of log data showing various items shutting off due to you exiting X-Plane or something else changing. Nothing abnormal.
  11. Seriously? I said faking yourself out...as in making yourself think it was a part of SkyMaxx Pro when it wasn't. I know your personality enough to know you want to come back here in a reply now and tell me I'm wrong and you're right. I still disagree.
  12. We don't ship x86 files, Colin, nor do we create such a directory. Judging by the creation date I'd say you may be faking yourself out here. Never in my life have I seen these files or folders. This is not part of the SkyMaxx Pro install.
  13. I've actually never heard of this, nor do I know what you mean. Is there anything in the directory?
  14. Knowing Chris' pestering reputation I'd advise you not to answer this question, Peter. You'll never hear the end of it if you do!
  15. Press the red button on the yoke.
  16. It's a false positive. Heard it often from Avast users. You can dismiss it.
  17. Interesting. Well, there is no customer account with the e-mail you used to register on these forums, so I'm going to guess at this point you didn't really buy it from where you say you did. Your log information above also would say the same. Sorry, but we can't help you here.
  18. Please provide me with your order number so I can better assist you.
  19. Yes. This section is only for customers who purchase from X-Aviation. Your log data there would indicate that's not the case.
  20. Where did you purchase from?
  21. Primarily because it's Windows users that experience it rather than Mac. Are you not willing to accept the true technical answer or something? We're not making this stuff up. Philipp works for Laminar and with X-Plane source code directly.
  22. Qt is an application framework which allows cross-platform interfaces. AKA a toolkit, and one that was utilized in building the CRJ back in the day. Quoting Philipp from here:
  23. No, there are no plans to update this I believe. It's not detrimental to flight itself, and has to do with the Qt programming from what I remember. I don't believe there was a solution available to fix this due to some X-Plane limitations when Qt is involved. Sorry. Not necessarily my decision either.
  24. That's extremely vague. Can you be more specific?
  25. In addition to the above, be sure that wind is not causing this movement.
