  1. I suppose for the same reasons I listed above? The functionality is there. If whomever Laminar hired/contracted to create an aircraft used the available datarefs then it will work as it should. More on that here: http://forums.x-pilot.com/topic/8078-inconsistent-ambiance-sounds/?p=86916
  2. This entire part of your post is ignorant. You're responding to a thread from 2013 that hasn't had a response since 2014. The latest versions of the software are from 2015. That alone should tell you something. Your crashes most definitely need investigation on both sides to solve. Unlike you, we have data. Data that shows MANY thousands of users using this product with no crashes. It leaves little doubt that something more is actually happening client side. Be it too high of settings in the control panel mixed with scenery and exhausting your VRAM, to having a conflict with some code. As developers the focus is on the product. Customers are bound to have way more plugins than we ever will, so yes, you need to be diligent and troubleshoot. One thing is for sure...SkyMaxx Pro has been one of the best handled support cases for after sale service I have ever seen. The devs have given many free upgrades over the last two years and always solved any kinds of actual bugs that customers have found. This I am certain of.
  3. It already does this. It's up to the aircraft developer to set the proper datarefs. One of the guys here made a script for his aircraft to properly set the aircraft dataref so he could hear the sounds with doors open just as SoundMaxx is designed to do.
  4. I've removed the log file text you added in here. Please don't paste it. Instead, add it as an attachment.
  5. Thanks for your patience. Not sure about a ticket lasting that long. Seems very excessive but I'm not in a place where I can check it right this second to be sure. The forums are not to be a running place for inquiries like this though.
  6. Remove the signature in Tapatalk. The forum will automatically apply the real one anyhow.
  7. It's all in your head. I stand by what I said with regards to your reason for posting. Deny all you want. It doesn't matter enough to change my mind. The fact you even try to make up reasons why someone would ever come after you tells me you know someone may validly dislike you at some point though. If you have such feelings and can't take things dished out at you when you can be blunt yourself, I think it's time you re-think your approach with people. For such a negative character at times you sure do have soft feelings.
  8. No, and we'll only post about such when we're ready. Thanks for your interest though.
  9. Don't kid yourself Tom. That "signature" was in your post. Your signature is below it (this is where you tell me that was Tapatalk's fault). I'm not stupid, Tom. It's insulting to everyone here for you to even try and play that card. You had absolutely ZERO interest in this topic since it's core discussion in July or any of the other few you posted in that don't even remotely sound like something you would normally post. You visit this forum near daily. If the post interested you, you would have responded weeks ago. I know you well enough to know what you typically post about, or how you reply. This is pure nonsense. Like I said, aimless posting. Huh? Did I say anything about forum rules? I think I basically laughed at your attempt to be nonchalant. It's obvious what the motive was.
  10. Seriously dude? Your objective is so transparent right now. I don't care about the re-direction of traffic, but it feels pretty tacky to read a number of posts you have made in an aimless way just to try and gain some new traffic.
  11. Tons. Look in the file library here.
  12. Short of that it sounds like you have write permissions issues on your drive.
  13. Tickets are answered in the order received. Typical response time depending on time of week can be up to 72 hours.
  14. If it's beta 7 this is a known issue slated to be fixed in beta 8.
  15. http://lmgtfy.com/?q=x-plane+preset+views First result.
  16. Create a view preset Hans.
  17. And the GizmoLog?
  18. Nothing of concern. Install away.
  19. Nice job, Colin!
  20. Thanks for your patience. Support tickets are answered in the order received.
  21. Sounds like a bad video cards or drivers.
  22. I believe the 777 utilizes custom engine sounds, so SoundMaxx will not interfere or change these. That said, any sounds that ARE default within the aircraft (perhaps wind, click sounds, tires, etc) will be upgraded if they are not custom. Additionally, ambient sounds will be present no matter what. In short, SoundMaxx does much more than just work with default aircraft!
  23. And here's where we ask ourselves a question...do we want to sell to Mr. Knudsen, or na...decisions, decisions. When it comes to add-ons (or maybe X-Plane even), you are insatiable, Tom. And that's without questions answered, regardless of whether the answers are positive or not.
  24. Provided the installers actually contain them, Philipp. In this instance, that was more the question. Our installers do not dump this directory in this folder as explained by Colin.
  25. I don't really know what you're asking about... Just looks like a bunch of log data showing various items shutting off due to you exiting X-Plane or something else changing. Nothing abnormal.
