SkyMaxx Pro is not compatible with Linux. You'll need to email support@x-aviation.com to request a refund.

We do not ignore tickets. No one is refusing anything. This issue you explain will happen if: 1. You are running Mac OS X Sierra (not compatible at this time) 2. You are trying to run the installer before unzipping it. That will close this topic. Do not open new ones like this.

This has been addressed multiple times here and is by design.

Joan created the code for the new X-Plane 10.5 features. It would be rather redundant and pointless to also have NOAA installed.

Feel free to show me any user talking about having issues downloading our products like you. RealScenery files don't count since they are hosted differently. I maintain again that the issue is not on our server. Trust me...in any given update day there are THOUSANDS of people logged in to our store server and downloading. People would be knocking on my door left and right if there was truly an issue.

This sounds like an issue on your end. No other customers are complaining of something like this.

If you are using RWC in automatic mode with 10.45 then yes, that's not our issue and you'll need to upgrade to 10.5.

The front page itself is simply a matter of time...time that I do not have. Other folks have been "hired" for the job in the past. Each time they seem to run out of gas as well. Until that role is filled or my workload frees up, I don't have much to say. These forums are extremely active, all from users, admins, and developers. I think it's pretty obvious this place isn't dead, but if that's your interpretation as an apparent active user then so be it for now.

Devs and mods are very much a big part of the activity on this forum. Sorry, but I don't agree with this. The front page is meaningless in this context.

There's a lot more going into the next update than just this, so it's not as trivial as you make it out to be.
