    IXEG N2

Austin made some changes we worked with him on to correct this (the bug was with X-Plane, not IXEG). He may have pushed that in the last update.
  8. At this moment, we do not have a concrete timeline for ARM support. I assure you we are working towards it. However, we want to ensure that when we do offer ARM support, it meets our standards of performance and stability. Regarding the Gizmo Beta Version, I understand it might seem like a viable interim solution, but currently, we are not supporting this for our products. We aim to provide updates and solutions that are thoroughly tested and officially supported to ensure the best user experience. We will certainly notify all our customers as soon as ARM support becomes available. Your understanding is greatly appreciated, and we thank you for choosing our products.

  10. I believe the issue is actually related more to FPS. Using multiple screens increases fill-rate, so that does jive. This then exposes the bug. We will not be able to have a near term fix for this, but we will have a longer term one. But yes, you're right. As of now, I've documented this issue with only four customers, so it is quite rare. Some of the other folks were actually able to "solve" the bug with fresh installs of X-Plane, but I believe what really happened there was the fresh X-Plane install had lower resolution settings entered, which then resulted in some better FPS. I'd also be curious to know if any of you have VSYNC on, and if so, what happens when it's not?
  11. We're not ready to share that. When we are, you'll know!
  12. We respect your opinion and understand where you're coming from. The flight simulation community is diverse and people have strong feelings towards their preferred platforms. You do come off quite bias rather than basing your opinion on factual information (like actual IXEG or other product sales numbers, which we have plenty of data on). Both X-Plane and MSFS offer different experiences, and our internal data does indicate a positive trend for X-Plane 12. Let's focus on providing the best simulation experience for everyone, regardless of the platform they prefer.
  13. Version 2.0 of TorqueSim SR22 Entegra is designed exclusively for X-Plane 12. Therefore, if you attempt to install it on X-Plane 11, the installer will automatically revert to the last compatible version for X-Plane 11, which is Version 1.4. This is intended behavior to ensure that you can continue using the product on X-Plane 11 without compatibility issues. To summarize: 1. You do not need to make an additional purchase. The installer is designed to provide you with the version of the aircraft that is compatible with the version of X-Plane you are using. 2. The issue is not related to the copying process from your old PC. A clean install of X-Plane 11 will yield the same result. 3. Version 2.0 is intended for X-Plane 12 users only. If you decide to upgrade to X-Plane 12 in the future, you will then be able to install and use Version 2.0 of TorqueSim SR22 Entegra. We hope this clarifies the situation, and we appreciate your understanding. If you have further questions or concerns, feel free to reach out.

  15. I suggest going back and reading the very first post of this thread.
  16. Nope, not a known issue. Thousands of people upgrading fine. I've seen two reports now including yours, so I'm going to side with slow download speed and ultimately a terminated connection.
  17. Your experience with the analog flight instrument dial lights and the fuel indicator lights, as well as the digits on the MCP dropping off significantly upon adjustment, indeed aligns with the issue that is currently being discussed and addressed in here. We also appreciate your proactive approach in reading through existing topics before making a duplicate post. Sometimes I wish others did that more.
  18. He was using the latest. It actually said so in the GUI window that he is using 2.0.1.
  19. You have sent numerous e-mails in one day. I suggest you take a look at our contact policy: https://www.x-aviation.com/catalog/contact_us.php Activation issues will not be handled on forums.
  20. @Pils Tom was basically trying to understand what would be acceptable at the bare minimum. In other words, he doesn't yet want to venture down the road of a full cargo liner with other stuff still in the way. Plugging windows is one way to achieve that, but then is that "good enough" for now? That's what he was asking. I think we need to get through FMS changes first before we start dedicating time to these kinds of time distractions. This sounds fun, but for now the sole focus is going to be mostly in programming from here out. We'll definitely keep this on the list once we reach some bigger milestones.
  21. There was another reply after that with full instructions.
  22. Exactly. X-Plane 12 has introduced more dynamic and realistic ways to manage aircraft weight and balance. With the new loading stations feature, users can precisely allocate weights to different sections of the aircraft. This ensures that the aircraft's performance and flight characteristics are affected accurately based on the weight distribution. For the IXEG 737 Classic Plus, it means that you won't use the aircraft's built-in menu for fuel and weight management anymore. Instead, you'll handle those operations through X-Plane 12's dedicated menus. This integrates the aircraft more seamlessly into the sim environment and leverages the enhanced features of X-Plane 12. There are plans in the future to put our own spin on this interface, but for now the above is what you should use. Hope that clears things up! If you have any further questions or concerns, let us know.
